    This is a nice ruin to visit. It’s not as well known or popular as the larger ruins. Here is a video of the largest Khmer ruins in Thailand if you want to compare or see more.

    We, the Khmer people, have lost many temples throughout the region. Thailand's people are hungry to claim such temples as their originals and customs. Thailand's people's history was intertwined with the Khmer empire. Over a million Khmer people are residing in present-day Thailand.

    They recently just found Khmer treasure in Laos. They found in a small village in Savannakhet. They did a lidar over the small village and found the village sitting on an ancient's Khmer city.

      @@zoo-AI the rise and fall of civilizations. The list goes on, Rome, Spain, Mongolia, Cartage, Babylon, etc. Disease, internal issues, external threats, food instability, etc.
