Reducing oxalates in my diet for months has given me toe most joint pain relief of anything. No more almonds, spinach, chard, beet greens and beet roots. EONutrition has more information. I taught yoga for years but became so stiff I could no longer do even simple yoga exercises. I am finally able to begin exercising again without acute pain.

I suffered a fall a long time ago in which my left foot slid in a puddle and I did the splits and hyperextended my right hip. This is my first time trying this routine, so it’s a bit difficult to evaluate my results yet. Having said that, I seem to have already gotten some relief! I’m going to give this The Old College Try* and add this routine to my exercise regimen. Thank you 🙏 for posting this and greetings from an American 🇺🇸 expatriate in Taipei, Taiwan 🇹🇼. *I attended some old colleges-ha ha! 😊

Your version of these stretch exercises really helped me today. I am 74 and often have soreness in my left glute and have several injuries including torn hip labrum on right side and a slipped disc in my back from years of skiing and other sports. I am trying to lose weight so have been exercising more recently which causes pain and tightness in several areas including glutes, thighs hamstrings and now new is pubic bone pain. The stretches I normally do aren’t helping. Thanks.

I love doing this one quite often. I'm going to keep up on this and the sciatica exercises. My knee is so messed up so I have a hard time bending it sometimes. It has been swollen and the humidity from the rain has been causing me issues lately. Thank you Doctor Rowe!! 💕💞💕

You are great, you explain everything and easy to follow. My dad was born in St. Joseph, Mich! I have a problem at 72. I still drive to Florida, takes about 2 1/2 days, with friends. When I get out of the car at the end of the day, my legs are almost numb, and hard to stand up for a few minutes. Any exercise suggestions, standing up!?!
thanks about to turn 75........had hip pain for three months.........the stretch took care of it. was thinking today.........it feels really weird to be the same age as old people :)
Thank you for this video. I do visit my chiropractor on a monthly basis for regular ajustments, but my hip and lower back pain has become an issue when I'm just in bed at night. My chiropractor said there are no other major issues with my health, so I'm hopeful this video will help. Question, how often should I do these stretches and is it better to do in the morning or evening? Perhaps both?
Hey buddy not a senior but been trying many different stretches a day videos to relieve a sciatic pain between my glut muscles..mostly in pain when getting out of bed or car..have definitely found relief...thanks a bunch
Hitting hurdles on step 1. Have you done a video on how to lie, pain free, with a flat back? I haven't found one yet. If not, would you please do one? Thanks for all you are putting out.
I had paintings in that area and doctor took ultrasound scan. He found damage in joint and cartilage areas and recommended supliment Geladring for regeneration. Works perfectly for me. Colagen works too, but not so effectively, and do not regenerate completely.
Can these be done since I had both hips replaced? I am 71 years of age. Have to use a pail or stool to get up from the ground and my hip replacements were done in 2021 and 2022.
