Certain grills are removable, Wayne's are permanent, he had removable grills when he was a teenager & then got permanents as his braces when he was about 20 & kept them up until around 2011, when he got out of prison he got them surgically put back on as permanents again & he treats them as his actual teeth, he brushes them, flosses them, dentist checkups, etc. lol, you should listen to his song "Let It All Work Out" it's a beautiful song.

He even revived Eminem and his entire career after his rehab, even when Em hated on Lil Wayne for not understanding the depth of Wayne's lyrics and just looked at him as a mumbeling suryp/lean sipping mumble rapper (Which he kinda is) (also why every new young artists are usually called Lil "something", lean sipping two braincells typa ppl, nobody actually seem to listen to the lyrics anymore lol, it just flies over your head),,, Since Em wasnt high as a kite anymore, he ackowledged he got bested. But what happened after that was pure magic. He joined his biggest competitor aka Wayne, which were bebeficial to both of them, but also helped Em kickstart his carer. (As a sober man) And i now also see the skills of Wayne, because of me being an ignorant EM di*krider. What im trying to say is.... Wayne is vastly underappreciated and recognized. Without him, no Em as we know him today. fact
Wayne is a very intelligent and interesting person. The scar on his back is from him attempting suicide by shooting himself in the chest at a pretty young age.
