Fantastic… the only problem is I am getting ads and commercials in between which normally doesn’t happen in the meditations. Any way to stop this from happening?
I have listened a lot of yoga nidra and other relaxation videos. And this is the only one that has ads inside the video. So I'd bet there's a way to get rid of the ads. Otherwise, unfortunately, the video is useless. You can't relax if an ad starts to play every 5 minutes.
The only way to fix this is getting RUclips Premium. I ended up getting it because I use RUclips a lot for all kinds of teachings 😮 Otherwise I know the ads are annoying 😢

Really relaxing voice. No music necessary, out like a light in 15 minutes. To the ads crybabies, jesus get a YT subscription or something it's not that hard.

Would have been great without the add at the end! That just made it worse than useless though!
