This is by far the best yoga nidra in RUclips… true though the ads are interrupting the experience. Other yoga nidra are not interrupted… there’s got to be a way to stop these ads… I’m sure not all the other channels are monetized.

This meditation is absolutely wonderful, except for one thing. The word "restive" actually means "(of a person) unable to keep still and becoming increasingly difficult to control, especially because of impatience, dissatisfaction or boredom." I cringe every time I listen to the video.
