Ever heard of - Pensabella Xeyli Plan - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my brother in law got great success with it.

Deepak, Thank you. I bumped into this video this morning, woke up as usual at 5 am and mind started racing with slight tension from thoughts of presentation I have to make to a client....after trying to relax I decided to take my blood pressure...which was 136/86. I decided to lie down with my iPad and bumped into this video. I followed along mostly with a few forwarding the video. I followed last few breathing exercises thoroughly. I took my blood pressure again and now it is 109/80. I had nothing to eat but drank only three cups of water. Power of breath experienced first hand. I had learned this from my younger brother who is a yoga and meditation teacher, but never really practiced it. Today was an eye opener for me. Thank you again.
Dr. Deepak Chopra your books and mediation guide is heavenly! Your voice is very calm. It is music 🎶 to the ears! So much people including students have anxiety issues. You are indispensable in Today’s society! A blessing from the divine. Would be an honor to be in your presence. My daughter would be graduating from UCLA. I have begun to relax due to fear of being alone which has caused me to be terribly anxious and depressed. I am not very versed on doing the exercises but I am trying very hard to work with the programme.I hardly sleep,my muscles are tense and my breathing pattern is out of the normal. Note to people who are actually trying to fall asleep. This has a lot of breathing practices to do while sitting, finding your pulse, etc. If it’s 3 am, and you’re in bed, trying to sleep, there’s a lot of instructions, and this probably won’t help

I love the voice, the accent, the message. Very relaxing, but I wish I could hear it set to music that sounds relaxing and less like a creepy sci-fi soundtrack, especially the portion with the beach visualization.

Dearest Deepak, wonderful help throughout this Meditation video, however your voice was often drowned out by the background sounds/music. A great shame as it interrupted concentration. It would seem that the sound balance needs adjusting if possible. 🙏🏻
I am very thankful for sharing his wisdom. I must comment, however on this Group of meditations. The title is not clear that it is actually a collection of meditations one can do. I find most of the background music melancholy and distracting. There’s one where it’s a very quick beat and high pitched which seems totally out of context. I think it would be a refreshing change if these meditations used some beautiful calm classical music in the background.
hi dada-pak, im going to do pmr part sitting up tonite. i went to bed @9pm & awoke @1am so thats my 4 hours. i still enjoy following along when i awake at nite, not fighting its need to sit up. 💛💋👽k
Does this get better with practice? Cause my diaphragm is restricted and is full at 1sec. I cant seem to take in any more oxygen and cant get to 4 seconds.

The background music loud, ominous and (for me) anxiety producing. Deepak has a comforting voice and that's all that's needed.
