This is probably my favorite Optimus design. Theirs hints of that bayformer complexity, while still having that g1 blockiness that gives it a nice clean silhouette. The big panels on the lower arms and the obvious robot feet in vehicle mode are the only issues I really see, the latter of which I think this figure handles quite a bit better than other G1-esqe figures like MP-10.
This is personally my favourite interpretation of optimus so far

I have Alpha Pack and General Grant by Civil Warrior. General Grant is better in almost every category except for the chrome on Alpha Pack which is just silver paint on General Grant. Plus you get a trailer which combines with Prime and looks excellent. General Grant is cheaper too.

I appreciate how detailed and articulate this figure is. Must’ve taken them months to design at least. I gotta admit though if I had that as a kid I’d probably break one of the small plates at some point.
One small complaint that’s easily rectified: no autobot symbol in robot mode? I’d probably just grab a sticker and put it on one of the shoulders
See, I think it's third party. Meaning they can't use copyright, like Autobot symbols.

This is in no way Cybertron form Optimus. Optimus would not have that form until after arrival on earth who names these.

One disappointing part was the forearm
I thought the one part was going to be the shoulder plates
Which would have excentuated the way the armor plates on the side of the Cafe muscles wing out

Michael Nix yeah the door on the side of the arms really should’ve become shoulder pads, it would that look amazing, plus this guy almost has no kibble, almost if it wasn’t for the doors
