    This looks like it may help with my diastasis recti. Do you by chance have any exercises specific for diastasis recti? I am desperate for something to actually help me! I tried your shoulder raise exercise and my shoulders and neck felt better immediately. So I am thinking maybe you can help with something like diastasis. Thank you for your videos! I’m so glad I discovered you!

    • @TaroIwamoto

      I cannot say that this exercise can help with diastasis recti, but, learning to improve coordination between head and torso plus breathing can be beneficial for such condition as it can help redistribute stress more evenly and reduce intraabdominal pressure. Breathing coordination should be an integral component with any exercises for you.

      @@TaroIwamoto Thank you so much for your reply, and I will definitely take your advice! I plan to watch all of your videos to see what new knowledge I can put to use. The shoulder exercise has significantly helped me in that my trap muscles no longer look bulky or like they are bulging up from my shoulders, and the tension is gone. You have helped me immensely with that one video. Best wishes to you!

    Right now.,,my body is going through many challenges, to many that I find , have a very hard time
    know ing what to focus or learn more, but, as you know the body's connection, it well, hopefully come together.
    I thought it was my voice, as Alexander learned to improve his,, but, my breathing I run out of air when I speak , bad forward head , too many things, it seems.

    This is helpful to make me realize my habitual pattern of head lifting-much more effortful. But even with the easier movement pattern I still feel my front of neck being very tired. Is there a way to relax that part?

    • @TaroIwamoto
      @TaroIwamoto  2 года назад +2

      you can use your hands to assist lifting head initially to improve organization of head lifting and reduce effort to front of neck.
