How To Make Homemade De-Icer DIY De-Icer

To make DIY De-icer, you will need a few simple ingredients and tools:
Ingredients:
2 cups of water
1 cup of rubbing alcohol
1/2 teaspoon of dish soap
Tools:
A spray bottle
Instructions:
Pour 2 cups of water into a measuring cup or mixing bowl.
