Low cost and it would look great on TV . Allow Gambling and get a network deal . They could play on week days . To avoid competition with XFL and USFL .

They recruit these kids from different regions of the US. Some come from top level high schools like from the Woodlands in Texas. Mexico doesn’t send the national team, they send regional teams who get invited by the US Football organization.
I promise these are not even remotely close to top level in USA🤣🤣 there are high school kids that are 4 and 5 star recruits getting looked at by Bama, OSU , GA, ect. Lol

American Football is pretty popular in Mx, their coaching is a bit unorthodox but it works.
When I was there they did play football games, well university teams not like here in the USA different cities.
