I've witnessed a dozen of exocism at one time a few years ago, in a tiny island in South Vietnam. I've seen rage, anger, sorrow, begging, you name it. I took a trip with the Buddhist group, and had no idea that it ended up at the place.

I have nothing against people who believe in this sort of thing, I personally believe some of it myself.
I'm just worried that they'll choose a priest over a doctor. If rural villages could get basic education and healthcare, it may help them live healthier, safer and maybe even happier.

I agree that many phenomena are explainable through science, and certainly superstition is negative for human development...but I wouldn't be so sure. I think the most honest answer is truly "I don't know". There are still many things unanswered, and I wouldn't be so quick to draw conclusions.

One thing is common, over here, n that is.. Everyone over here blames Indians over here, that we are uneducated, illiterate, etc... surprising thing is we Indians ourselves like to say we are stupid or what not.. It has become a kind of fashion for us to abuse ourselves and our own brethren, somehow I just don't understand this strange tendency of ours... Anyways, first of all, n I m not talking abt the authenticity of this video... Let all those enlightened intellectuals decide that... But, fact of the matter remains, these things exist, first of all, wht some ppl call ghosts is actually an energy, n that energy comes from ur thoughts, yes it's true, even some of those enlightened westerners believe it now...we on the other hand have known it since last 9,000 yrs.. Yes, that's true!!... Ur thoughts create an energy field, as they are very powerful, positive thoughts create +ve and negative thoughts create -ve field, as ur thoughts create a sort of electrical energy often called as emotions, stronger ur emotions, stronger is ur field, simple as that... interesting point is, when ur soul leaves the physical body, and if it continues creating -ve field, it becomes earthbound which can significantly affect the surrounding environment, that's why at least in our Indian tradition chanting of the God's name is advised plus it is said that one should be content with his/her life, at least in his final times... But why should anyone believe this mumbo jumbo.. despite of having sound scientific backing behind this theory.. n to all those foolish Indians out there who like to abuse themselves and their nation, great men like Sir Aryabhatta, Swami Vivekananda, Ramana Maharishi, Ramanujan, Sir APJ Abdul Kalam to name a few were Indians.. our vedas and shastras are completely based upon pure science, one that is often difficult to understand.. so plz don't say such stupid things, If u can't say anything decent abt ur brethren..
