I was literally laughing out loud when Philip was explaining the pipes to Anna. I find it all the funnier when you then say something completely pedestrian like doing a "dry fit". You guys are utterly hilarious and I love that you don't take yourselves too seriously, it is the only way to get jobs like this done.
I also this it is so funny that Anna is so proud of her waste pipe but when Philip repaired the camera it was like yeah... well done.

I have now watched all your videos from the beginning. I loved seeing the progression of style these videos have taken on. Seeing the humour, the story telling, the work you all put in, the friendship, and the community building in this project, makes for such an uplifting journey to watch. The humor was needed this week after so much sadness in the world. This vlog was one of your best between the humor, Putin references, electrocutions, waste pipes, dust, mess, accomplishments, bantering and plain old fun and laughter between the two of you. Light switch height should be elbow height. As when one has the hands full you can operate it with your elbow.

Love your blogs, you made the right comment when Anna asked if her mowing was good! My husband had our lawn for many years when I decided to try, when I finished he said you missed a spot here and here and I’ll have to mow it all again. Rather than walling up all those wires, you might want to make an access door so you don't have to rip the wall apart when you need to "access" them. ?? It's just a thought.

I was thinking the same thing, you know you'll need to do something with the electrics, especially if you close them off completely. Consider an access door!! I did that where our dryer vent curved 180 degrees (after the builder finally checked my complaint of toooo much lint), and I'm glad I did, it makes vent cleaning simpler. Plus we had 4 years of lint in our ceiling that needed to be cleaned out!

Once, again, you two are pure delight. In a perfect world, you would post daily just to provide us all with humour and insight. I really hope you send Putin the switch, either stuck in the off position as a hint or encased in frayed wire with your expert directions, and wrapped in pink paper of course.

Thanks for ending on positive note.About to restart restoring 120 yr old house since I didn't die in last 2 yrs...realized my tolerance of chaos is very little as felt stress watching you. Must say I love a shelf just by the door to put stuff down when exhausted ( quite often) and can't hike things all over makes it easy to know where things are most likely. Had bright green/white swirl , edged in black plastic tiles all through the kitchen in first house that were put on with some ridiculously strong adhesive. Took forever to get them off and refinish the walls, wish had that tool then. Thanks for the glimpse of spring, nothing showing in Illinois yet.

Also, sometimes I'm reminded of a mischievous little boy when I see Anna having to...give a bit of guidance in safety or doing a little 'scolding' for using the cleaning ladder or fabric scissors.
