More precisely, a collection of bad Mega Man games for the PC, PlayStation and PlayStation 2. This includes the DOS versions of Mega Man and Mega Man III, Mega Man Legends for the PlayStation, and Mega Man X7 for the PlayStation 2.

Just watched a recent episode of NC, it's like they try WAY too hard
I can imagine James recording himself, talking to himself in the future, 10 years ago in his basement. Moving around, doing different angles, different backgrounds,, making faces and reactions, saying all kinds of stuff just to have alot of material to choose from in the future. And I imagine James imagining his neighbour or a passer by on the street seeing him do so, thinking "they must think I've gone insane". Then laughing about it.
I thought it was funny when James did it in this episode because he said in a behind the scenes video that he had to use stock footage from those old episodes to insert himself from the future into them, and then he has to pretend to be himself from the past and then split screen it so that it looks like he's talking to himself. It's so cool !!

This is easily one of the best episodes of AVGN out there. It perfectly encapsulates the typical humor of the series, while still telling a fantastic story about The Nerd rediscovering his love for reviewing bad games by looking into his past. 10/10, my good man

It's so weird that they turned the levels into mazes for Dos. They were always as left to right as they could get, except for things like Quick Man, which was top to bottom, Ring Man, which was bottom to top, etc.

This is probably the most wholesome and heart touching episode James has ever done. He put a lot of effort into this one, and that shot towards the end when he comes back to the present and the aspect ratio goes back to HD widescreen always makes me choke up a bit.

Honestly this would have been an awesome "last episode" the avgn walking like mega man while the credits play is really touching and makes you recollect all your memories with the avgn.

The music they were able to pump out in Mega Man 2 (my all time fav game) was absolutely crazy
Thank you for doing this AVGN. This episode was touching. You explained your position well; you want to please the fans, but doing the same thing for 10+ years can get old. If you choose to do it once in a while nowadays, I accept that. This episode felt like a love letter to the fans.

+Arul Gupta Personally, for a while I was really annoyed that he did like one episode a year, as opposed to other reviewers who did one review a week, and some two or three different shows a week.
But I long since got over that, and am now more sympathetic towards James, as he does his best, and we shouldn't rush him to make episodes, or else he may just ragequit and end the show entirely, I should be happy for what we do get, and the rarer he uploads, the more special the reviews are.
I since realized that long ago, and this episode solidified that for me. Do what you need to do James :)

I liked megaman legends, there are so much cool hidden things and I actually finished the game- I didn't finish a lot of games when I was younger so if I finished it then I considered it half decent.
Watching this again I also noticed he never used the lock on, he ran, stopped and then turned and tried to shoot. If you lock on the movement becomes not that bad at all in combat.

@Maria Flores I loved it as a kid, and own it now as an adult along with Legends 2 and even The Misadventures of Tron Bonne. But I wouldn't dare play any of them now, so as not to ruin my childhood memories. But I truly did love that game as a kid.
I loved that game so much I literally played it through twice.
I still enjoy the Legends series.
