I was truly touched by the story of Dcn. Cabrera, his desire to serve God while honoring his wife and offering all his masses for the repose of his wife till the end of his life. This is truly love for both GOD and for the memory of his wife. Really truly inspiring!
These talks are a great example of God looking at the heart. The chalices are all very different, as are each of these men. Some chalices are ornate, some simple, but they all have a deep and reverential symbolism to the men that hold them and THAT is what makes them pleasing to God. If they are ornate, it is not because of the man or his "importance" or "taste", but because Christ is being honored. If they are simple, it is to imitate the humility of Christ, not because it is less expensive or some other worldly reason. Very beautiful to see the different aspects of God reverenced through the chalices.
Tito-Father (soon to be) Luisito!!!!! You are an inspiration!!! I pray that myself and all men may have hearts of service like your own. I’m certain Tita is looking down on you and your ministry with a big smile. Yours must be the most romantic story I have ever heard. To offer daily mass for he soul for the rest of your life- what a gift! I pray that Christ strengthens your resolve and your faith, and that He gives you the grace to carry out your mission with patience and love. God bless you, po!!! - from Montréal, Canada
Wunderbare Bekenntnisse. Anrührend. Danke!
Praise the Lord
The most beautiful religion there is. The churches are gifts to GOD. And house HIM.
Find peace, go sit in a church & talk to GOD. ❤

Beautiful stories!
Once they become priests, they barely use it, lol.
I mean how many days would a bride wear her bridal outfit?
They do use the Chalices on important feasts etc...
@@chaoslord07thank you
These look pretty expensive, coulda probably fed a lot of people
The Catholic Church operates more than 140,000 schools, 10,000 orphanages, 5,000 hospitals and some 16,000 other health clinics. Caritas, the umbrella organisation for Catholic aid agencies, estimates that spending by its affiliates totals between £2 billion and £4 billion, making it one of the biggest aid agencies in the world.
You sound like one of the apostles. Which one was it? Can't seem to remember.
It does feed us Mass after Mass. tens, hundreds, thousands.
@@cllewis1 history really does repeat itself, doesn’t it 🤦🏼♂️

Thanks be God
Wonderful testimony and experiences and information on the chalice by the deacons. Thank you very much. I loved what deacon Cabrera said about his wife and inscribing the letter r on the chalice to pray for her soul at mass that was so sweet. Bless you all keep trusting in Jesus and be faithful to him.
Beautiful
Praise God in Jrsus Christ for your Priesthood! 😂❤❤😂❤
It's a Chalice; call it that, not a cup.
i agree but it’s also not wrong to say cup. chalice just means cup
Well, it seems like they changed it now! Worth making a fuss! @@ryanbasel8670
The deacon was explaining the make-up of different parts of the chalice and one part is called the cup.
