Hi, nice to meet you 😀 Thank you so much Chef! I'm glad that you liked the video 😊 I love cooking and watching other people cook as well! God bless you and your family too and have a great rest of your day!
Hi 😀 The white sauce is really simple. I used about a cup of plain Greek yogurt, 7 or 8 fresh mint leaves chopped pretty fine, a pinch of tarragon and probably about 1/4 teaspoon of Kosher Salt. Let it sit for at least an hour.....Tzatziki sauce would be really good with it too. Here's a recipe for it if you would like to give it a try 😀 ruclips.net/video/RgcPhU84ru0/видео.html Thank you for watching!
Looking good, Chef! I'm going out for a bite on this rainy lazy Sunday and if this dish were on the menu it would be a wrap!😋 What's the white sauce? Don't be holding out!I 😁
Thanks Drew 😊 Man this would make a really yummy rainy day dish for sure! ....You are the second person to ask about the white sauce. Of course I would never hold out on you lol, I don't know why I didn't think to put it in the video. The white sauce is really simple. Thankyou for cooking the meat first! I wanna pull my hair out when I see others leave it raw! Please stop calling it squash..it’s zucchini. You can use an apple corer. You need more sauce too!
I like it way better when the meat is cooked first for sure!....What I'm using in this video is actually called Mexican Grey Squash. It does kind of look like zucchini and can be used as a substitute. On that note, zucchini is in the squash family. Technically a summer squash....An apple corer is a great idea, if you have one which I don't. I may have to get one though because they are definitely handy. Maybe I'll get one for the next time that I make this 😃 ...I was happy with the amount of sauce but of course feel free to make them as saucy as you want 😊 Thank you so much for stopping by and for your comments. Have a great rest of your weekend!

@@bestbitesforever Many thanks!😊
You got it 😊
Does the mint and parsley have to be fresh? Can it be dried..
Hi, I would definitely recommend that you use fresh in this particular recipe. The herbs are a big part of the flavor 😊
