Awesome video and really great tip! Great work! If those drums are from a sample library and you´ve made a preset, I´d love to buy that preset from you if possible? The drums sounds absolutely amazing (as do the entire mix of course :)
Thank you so much! I used the original Matt Halpern Signature Set with the PIII samples from GetGood Drums on this song and the rest of the EP. Unfortunately I don't have a preset for this at the moment. 😅
@@GerryTrevino Ah, I understand :) I also have that library but I´ve never been able to make it sound the way you´ve achieved in this example. The drum tones you´ve managed to create for this track in the video is exactly the drum tones I´m looking to accomplish but have never been able to :) It goes without saying that you´re a very talented producer and mixer as the entire mix sounds absolutely amazing and I guess you´re using plugins outside of Kontakt and the Matt Halpern library tones in order to get that amazing drum sound? I´d personally love a mix breakdown of how you created the tones, but I of course understand that such a task is very time consuming :) Thanks again for the amazing work! I´ll definitely subscribe to your channel and I´m looking forward to more videos from you.

Why do we hear a delay every time you pause? Seems strange to put a delay on the master but I suppose it makes it sound like a live band in an auditorium? (Am used to electronic music)
Not sure what you're talking about, there's no delay on the master bus
It's because he must have a delay on an FX channel and a send on the guitar. Every time he pauses the audio, what you're hearing is the delayed guitar signal on the FX channel.
