Your courage, transparency, and self-acceptance is really inspiring 🙌🏾 I've come to a point where I've innately accepted the not-so-straightness of my sexual interest, but I know it will take a ton of strength and resilience to be open about it to family and friends who are predominantly straight, especially being perceived as straight. I sometimes feel like it may be easier to be outed than to have to out yourself, but regardless there's the risk of being viewed differently by, or even losing people you were close to. It's refreshing to see that despite that loss, there's a feeling of freedom and opportunity to create genuine bonds as you've been able to. Thanks for sharing your journey💯
It's really amazing how this generation is very open about their lives, what their sexuality is and the way they are wired. I really relate with vibing with what's in people's heart- di they have your back?I also appreciate your openness about your day to day feelings. It's the most real way to encourage people. I wish you well. I wish to hear more from you and support you.
Loved how you explained your experience and so relevant especially being a gay man of color myself. I resonated with everything you talked about. Keep the same energy!
Wow, you went DEEP today! Shelter-in-place taking its toll? (Lol). Actually, it’s refreshing to listen to someone in your generation dive into the deep end of the conversation pool. Most are incapable of leaving shallow waters. You have unique energy. Be mindful that others may be incapable of understanding your broad perception of life and friendship. Don’t change! As you are, you will draw others to you and it is much needed. In my view, this was your best post-to-date.
You are so consistent with your videos, and I love your content. Plus you actually take the time to read and reply to comments. You're my new favorite youtuber. 🤩
I shall definitely be feeling you young man I'm telling you I'm being an older guy and have experienced some of the same things and it took me so long to come to a place where you are so young so I recommend you man thanks for sharing thanks for being true and transparent and real bro much love
One time I had a friend like your self in NY that I was able to go down to see every two weeks and I truly enjoyed his company he was a very gentle soul and very caring about which a nice to see, witch sad to say they're just isn't of that today its such a shame. I am sure if I was a lot younger I would very much like to meet you and I am sure I would enjoy your company. Keep up the great thoughts that you have and expressing them here for as all Thank You.

Your contents are very insightful. It literally is the main reason why I subscribed. Keep ongoing.
Question for you (Potential video topic?): how do you understand/handle somebody who likes the idea of you, but not necessarily you. I'm interested in both the friend and the relationship context. Thanks for Los videos and all you do.
Tradell Hawk we don’t really need this tbh. It’s been done to death. It’s cheap, cliche, and problematic. Unless you want to use channel dating purposes. Go ahead. But content wise. It’s cheap.
@@kilecan it's just a suggestion dude it's not that serious. If he doesn't want to do it that won't stop me from watching. Your reply reeks of entitlement and condescension. If you have a suggestion just say it and keep it pushing...
Stormy Caris ... gosh how childish, this is not Tinder, content wise he could do so much better than what I want in a partner. It would cheapen his brand and channel. Some of us actually want more for him.
I think it is getting better. When I first started watching RUclips it was all white gay guys and now I see a lot more representation. Derrick Gordon (out NCAA Basketball player) has a YT channel ruclips.net/channel/UCmwdhentGVsJJtufkt-APIA. Kevin Abstract, Young MA etc. aren't the most famous rappers but they're visible.
Do you have an interest in politics? Because you would make a great political leader. As time goes on the views of other people become less important to a man who has well defined his own purpose. Your videos will blow up. The portions of the video where ideas are superimposed could have been possibly presented a little longer for the viewer to read. Perhaps in the next video you can talk a bit about your worldview, your educational and occupational goals. Your present as authentic.
thank you so much!! I really appreciate these words! no interest in politics.. but interest in helping people and uplifting consciousness! I really want to keep expanding and building on this platform for sure!
Most bisexuals want to be accepted in society and often wish to remain invisible, hence on the down-low. This is an easy way for them to live and maintain their sanity and be accepted by the people they love, those whose love they believe that they need; and whose love and support (moral and financial) that they often genuinely rely upon. Significant proportions have chosen a heterosexual (straight) lifestyle choice. They have chosen to get married and have a family. At what expense? Whose expense? What reasons? The converse of this is that others do not make such choices and remain happily or unhappily bachelors and spinsters throughout their lives; become single parents etc; and or in some cases end up experiencing mental health issues. Just do you and be your authentic self and continue to be happy.,
I really feel you in this one. When I first move to Texas ,I had those same feelings of not belong. I tried to make friends here but like you said when the tough get going they gone. Now my circle very small and I got some real ones that already have proven their worth.
I agree with the statement that you made "Just because its 2020 its not okay to come out " . Thats so true because certain groups in society fear what they dont understand ( especially us black folks ). We still equate gay to less than or not being not being "man" enuff. Classic example.......Michael Sam comes out as a gay black man and he pretty much loses every endorsement deal he ever had. Bruce Jenner comes out as a gay man and he gets MORE endorsement deals, a legal name change AND a woman of the year ESPY award. So yes just because its 2020 dosent mean its okay to come out-especially for us of color. I do disagree with the "if you dont like my friends youre not gonna like me" statement. We ALL have some screwed up friends. Some messy, some broke, some dramatic, some lonely and some content with the way that their life is going when they KNOW they can do better. I believe that we all meet new people with the intent to progress and perhaps the new people you meet can unintentionally expose the fuc#ed up friends we have. By no means am I saying we turn our back on the old friends, however is good to meet new friends who bring something different to the table that old friends dont/cant. Love you Tradell and keep the vids coming
thanks for the words my friend! great points about being gay and of color.. you are spot on! and I hear your point about the friends.. but also everyone is responsible for themselves.. i dont hold on to relationships with people who aren't being accountable for their lives. Relationships aren't by default.. they must be constantly worked on and built at. Just because you met someone a long time ago, isn't grounds for keeping a dysfunctional relationship. So if someone is being messy, dramatic etc continuously and not growing, that is a relationship that I would personally reassess. "Birds of a feather flock together." I only keep people around that reflect the same love I give them back, and that push me to be a better version of myself. So I stand behind my statement.
Thank you so much for sharing your truth. You do give me confidence to be myself. Please continue to share, I will continue to watch...lol...much love.
I must say you have a beautiful spirit and anyone would love to call you a friend including myself. came across your videos and watched a few and had to be apart... thank you for your honesty
Absolutely love the video. This is by far my favorite. Yes, people need to be respectful to one another and keep a close group of friends. Your channel has great content that is relative to today's society. Keep the positive attitude and only hang with people that got your back, which was one of my favorites from the video.
"having the self discipline to not make advances on my friends".... dude; when u fine like that, they be wanting it! They be feeling like shit if u don't make advances on them.

Aww this is kinda sad. It’s 2020. Be you. Do you. Forget what others think. Live your truth. You will be so much happier.
Definitely keep up the story telling. You’re actually good at being transparent and even vulnerable. 👍🏾
