Thanks so much for this! One of the most helpful things i've heard about this topic was that a better word for discipline if it sounds too harsh is "Devotion". You are so devoted to your body and caring for it, you do it out of love. You are so devoted to your peace in healthy relationships, you can't stay in toxic ones. This helped me!

I’ve found that forgiveness is easier when you set boundaries with that person so that you feel safe to forgive because you know they’ll/no one else will ever have access to treating you like that again✨

Absolutely, when I watch a lot of soft life 'doesnt work' videos this principle comes to mind. If we truly allow ourselves to step into that inner flower we we see that we need the masculine sun to help us bloom. (The sun being a metaphor for time keeping, discipline and consistency)

I believe I am disciplined my main problem is consistency(which I’ll definitely work on). I got disciplined by merely saying affirmations, and proving to myself about 6 months ago. It is possible guys. I was soo lazy before, now I’m not and everyone around tells me how disciplined I am😂

@@elenaredondo7041 I just told myself “I am disciplined” every single day I remembered and when I forgot or felt bored with saying it I kept on persisting. Just tell yourself you’ll always say it when you remember. I also did things and immediately I realized I did it on time and didn’t procrastinate I told myself see, I am disciplined.

I like the 10 y/o self example. I was in a toxic relationship with a dude who had a 10y/o daughter, and I have a bunch of nieces and nephews who are going to model after me and their parents. I would much rather set an example to be healthy alone than to tolerate stupidity just to say I’m boo’d up

People have projected the same things to me as a woman who had a chaotic violent upbringing. You would not think for a second that’s how I was raised when you see me now

What advice would you give to get out of a job you hate. I work as an independent, I have little free time and I have trouble with discipline in my job because I'm so tired of being here. I have started to work on my dreams but feel so far from actually making money from them. This have been going on for 10 years now. I'm a single mom also and I feel trapped sometimes.
