I was so sad because of so many things, this song was just what I needed to put things in perspective. In my joy and in my sadness , my praise to Jesus will be my sustenance. More and more I see the wisdom of God to include them because it encourages me to bring to Him whatever it is that I am experiencing because He wants to hear it and help me in it and through it.

Its been 2month since my dear wife died from car accident still my food have been my tears, my heart just couldn't take it till today... My soul feels really feels empty.... Everyday feels there is no answer... There is too much pressure on my heart... But yes through this sound i cried and listen and listen with tears seeking Yah for mending my heart... Hoping he will carry me through this darkest night... Still feels like this waves its too much that I just can't believe its crashing against me that I can't stand.... 😭😭😭😭. Calling everyday to Jesus to come and fill my heart with his love and Holy Spirit..... Accepting his grace, love through this cloudest time feels so much real... It is hard to give praises to God when times are difficult, I can't pretend I am fine. My family and I do not have money, my husband was told at work that the plant will close the whole week of Thanksgiving and the employees can use vacation time to pay for that week, of course my husband do not have vacations so we will not have a check. My rent is due and I do not have it and my electricity bill is not payed yet. Still I have to lift my hands up and be thankful for what I have and what it has not been given to me. All I ask the Lord is for mercy and strength.
