We suggest you have your grain meal when you can have it freshly prepared or within 3-5 hours of cooking. Plan your meal accordingly. If you can have it this way, then eat your grain meal at lunch. Otherwise, have a full plate of salad at lunch. This way you can have all of your meals freshly prepared. Hi Sumeet, You can cook bhindi just like you cook other vegetables. Cook it in little boiling water just for 5-10 mins and it's ready to be eaten. When bhindi is cooked using just water, it becomes sticky and that is completely normal and safe to eat. You just have to get used to the sticky texture. You may add some boiled potatoes or arbi to the sabzi to make it more appetizing. You can have nuts sparingly. Remember that nuts are as difficult to digest as grains since they are water poor in nature. Eating too many nuts can even be constipating. Always make sure that you soak them before eating because this brings them from a dormant to an active state. If you are currently curing a disease, then avoid nuts until you are fully cured.
