lol Donald straight up said nah, I’m not ready to be processed. Glorious 😂
Old king alcohol fuels the jail industry.
Las Vegas Jail is the best place for my son Sergeant Dylan Orndorff still working and thanking him for his service thanks officers we love you from Las Vegas
Jerry, how big was the glass brother? If you had Andre the giants mug of win that can be problematic 😂 and Andre loved his wine
3:20 is amazing
Sgt, Scott, So Sincere, Wise, Concerned.
I have so much respect for him. (He’s handsome too. Lol)
Good episode!
Good episode
Aw, Jerry, you broke my heart. Lonely old guy.
Aren't those COs just lovely...
I'm a deputy sheriff in corrections division at our jail here in Louisiana
I'd love to work with either Las Vegas or Sarasota
They both are caring facilities..las vagas and Sarasota I'm definitely going be praying for you both
I understand Gerry the old man who started drinking after losing family members. I never drank until 2020 when my cancer came back at 65 years old. Then lost my mom in 2021 and my husband in 2022 . Thank God I am blind and cannot drive.
some of the staff appear professional and others courting heart attacks and strokes
"Sit down Donald" Donald tries to sit. "Don't pull away from me Donald". Well which is it do you want him to sit or stand there with you holding on to him? His arm has to go where he goes!!!
Big Shows brother works at the jail !
0:56 “we godddd ehhh aaa wwwopen containa “🤦🏻♀️
The notes in the theme to this show when they go to new story or an ad sound like the music used in the American Dad episode where they did a weed version of Willy Wonka with Snoop Dog called Jeff and the Dank ass Weed Factory.
Tell the old man to sit and he tries and you say he’s pulling away from you, playing it up for the camera.
Donald thinks hes clint Eastwood make my day .😂🤣
When you consider that alcohol-related incidents costs the economy more than $248 BILLION per year, and given the potentially devastating personal consequences involved, society as a whole needs to ask why the manufacture, sale and consumption of alcohol is allowed. Is it worth the tax revenue? No. Annual tax on alcohol products is less than $11 Billion.
When you see the vast amount of resources that are wasted to police and address this problem, resources that could be used to improve the community, and the brutal impact that drunkards have on others, from fights, injuries or death, it is not reasonable to think that personal freedom outweighs societal need.
Wouldn't making alcohol illegal introduce a HUGE black market, sending billions to criminals and gangs? How much potential damage to society could the powered up criminal organizations do? I don't think the solution think it's as simple as making alcohol illegal. Regardless, voters would never go for something like that.
I was only able to confirm that alcohol related driving incidents cost the government 44 billion annually. Where did you find your figure? Interesting comment btw.
@@mikedimples What exactly does this "powered up" crime org. do then, declare war on the nation? This isn't the 1920s where Prohibition was indeed a big crime organization activity. There was little in the way of enforcement mechanisms then, and vastly understaffed departments to deal with the problem. Controls on raw materials are much greater now, as is customs compliance. That would pretty much relegate any illegal distilling to domestic producers, which again is far more easily surveilled and interceded upon. You're basically saying that since there's no easy solution, there's no need to take any action. Using that line of reasoning, we can then advocate for the abolition of drug and prostitution and illegal gambling laws. Heck, why have any laws at all, since no law guarantees complete compliance.
@@TheMangoMussolini Criminal organizations with billions more dollars could do more bribery, acquire more weapons, create/sell more drugs, increase their numbers, and probably other things I'm not considering. I think it's important to take that into consideration.
I just realized how easy it is to make alcohol anyways. Just need bread for the yeast and some fruit. So if someone wanted to drink after the ban, they're not going to have an issue obtaining it. So that hurts my criminal organizations making billions argument.
There's no way in hell voters would ever ban alcohol anyways, so I'm not sure what the solution would be to reduce the costs of irresponsible alcohol consumption. I'm not saying we should give up on finding solutions (maybe all cars requiring a breathalyzer machine to start would help), but suggesting something that doesn't have a chance of happening feels the same as giving up.
I was mistaken about the figure. After looking at more sources I see that alcohol driving incidents costs the country between 44 and 105 billion. Again, I'd love to know where you found the 248 billion figure.
Interesting conversation. It's made me rethink my pro position on gun banning. I don't drink btw
If you want a quiet night don't work in a jail is my advice to the guard who said it would be nice to have one because they have not had one in a while.
Fighting off them ghosts 6:13
I get the impression they are held, because the police can.
They’re not police, but I agree. The first guy just escalated things.
This cop with Donald is off the chain first the argument about don't pull away after he tells him to sit then he asks him why he is so angry Donald answers and once again the cop gets an attitude and tries to threaten him with do you want to get processed or not and Donald says he good and goes back to sleep. That backfired on the cop!!!
Needed de-escalation training. Yelling “keep quiet” doesn’t work with drunks
There's no way these cops act like this when the camera's not running.
Jshaun will be back lol
I fail to understand how someone who has multiple DUI's would have a valid drivers license.
The court system needs a major overhaul
I think the officers do a great job but I hate the criminals.
I FEEL SORRY 4 JERRY/ HE SEEMS SO KIND
I have to agree and disagree… yeah he’s kind…. But if he was driving drunk that kind sweet old man can easily become a killer… I’ve worked way too many drunk accidents where the sweetest person just makes that mistake and drive drunk… but Jerry has been caught 5 times 😂
He’s a pathological liar. Went from “only a half a glass of wine” to “I never drink” to “I drink all the time because my wife died”. Very manipulative, as soon as his lies were caught he switched to the sympathy card. I’ve seen that one before and there is a longer clip of him that shows more
Recidivism.
First
1st what?
@nancykelsey1661 First one to watch the video Duh
Why are you commenting about your first accomplishment in life and telling everyone?
If you want us to be proud of you, just ask.
But, if you don't tell us about this first success of yours, nobody cares.
@glenpolen5562 I know 😔
@jeremiahalexander7550 , Hey man, have a great weekend. 👍 be safe and well.
But, not first, lol.
I have seen videos a few minutes after they started, and there were many views, but no comments. Lol.
Take care.
Second
Second what?
The second loser. 😅😅😅
We'll, when you are 5.5/5.6 male (Latino -not always) male, most normal built Caucasian women are taller and more 'intimidating"... It's just a thing.. not racial nor discriminating but a natural fact that women can actually be taller and more fit than average "southern" men...
Well, regardless about race…. When you’re shorter and you have someone 2-3 inches taller than you looking down at you from 3-4 inches away loud talking that can be quite annoying and or trying to be an intimidating factor… bad move to do towards people that have power over you….
It would be nice to have one quiet night, we haven't had one in a while.... Well, I wonder why... Sorry, but I can't really decide who's the worst, intoxicated/influenced arrestees or ignorant and arrogant officers
Definitely the arrestees lol I don't agree that the officers were being ignorant or arrogant for wishing for a quiet night, obviously their line of work doesn't have *actual* quiet nights. They're speaking in relative terms. Just a thought, you have no idea how you would react if you were to try and do what they do. Could you handle it for one minute?
Good episode
