Indeed I think most of us would rather like to see the likes of Hyper Cars in Le Mans rather than what the P1 cars delivered us. Would like to see the Mclaren P1 GTR, Aston Vulcan, Porsche 918, a Ferrari, Toyota and Nissan Hyper car in action in Le Mans. The viewers love cars and makes that they can relate to, something that resembles a car they can purchase.
@Jonathan Bovier Sadly Group C didn't have it's potential realized...whereas Group GT1 & GT2 actually brought race cars to the streets via the homologation clause which makes that era more sentimental to me along with playing Gran Turismo from back in the day lol
911 GT1, CLK-LM, TS020 GT-One, R390 GT1, F1 GTR Longtail, Esperante GTR-1, Elise GT1 ... This was quite the era of prototypes. Shame it lasted only a few years.
Well, Porsche has a record of CONSISTENTLY producing great well integrated designs over a 80 year period. Yes there are high points and less spectacular products, other firms have made history with high water products, but over all this time Porsche has been a major continuous player.
when i was young this cars hyped me so much dude beyond reality :D i was stunned at le mans of the gt1 cars my dad drove us there and we had the best time ever :D nowederdays the cars look like drones :( what would i do for gt1 to be like that again
Obviously it may be extremely difficult to win Le mans, even experienced team factory Porsche. But have they clarified the real route cause of this fire immediately?
This car, the McLaren F1 GTR, and the Nissan R390 need to come to GT Sport in a GT1 pack like they did for the Group C cars
