I honed a few before. Same method.. Relieves forcing cones to a point and takes minor pitting out. Various grits of hones also avail. Id start with around 220 grit..and end upnat 400/600 grit. Then for final polish. Id wrap an old bronze brush with 000 or 0000 steel wool and dowse it with WD40 and work it back forth... Until shiny...chances are your bore is not consentric.... May be out of round...

Some folks just want to put meat in freezer or have range fun on a budget..everyone has diff tastes i guess. But this gun. And im sure many other lower end ones have quirks about them

Are these chrome lined?
Some of them look like the chamber is chrome lined, but the barrels are not
