Looking good. Nice to see you did a few angle cuts this time. Lol. I have to agree with Michael Petty about the wood glue. At the very least I would remove the plywood and spread liquid nails all over the back and then reattach it. Keep up the good work and great content.

Oh and paint your windows black, cover the window with a board or build a wall of mids to cover the windows from the sun hitting the amps. And run an ac tube to amps to keep them cool. Just some ideas

Sorry man it’s not worth it unless you have the funds and are ready to sacrifice your vehicle.
Out of all of the multiple different vehicles I own, I am now considering doing a build in my 89 model Eddie Bauer Bronco 2 because of the shape of the cabin being almost completely Square just like the outside of the vehicle, it would make an amazing wall build for like 4- 15 in Subs or 4- 18-in Subs or possibly 6-15s

Where’s the wood glue? That’s what holds everything together. Screws don’t do much by themselves, and have no shear strength. All that screws do is hold the wood while glue dries. Meaning without lots of glue those screws aren’t holding anything together adequately. Aside from that looks like you’re well on your way.
I agree, I would have gorilla glued all those seems and probably rolled glue or construction adhesive on the back of the birch plywood. Wouldn't budge after that.

It’s usually recommended to go center unless you want to meter and demo louder on passenger area.
