My chicken doesnt get nice colour. Forst two pieces into fresh oil didnt have the golden colour more like beige, light brown, but anything after came out really burnt, am i at a too high temperature?

Processes I’ve never seen before. The double dipping of the floured chicken into water !
You can double coat or just do single coat. KFC uses water as well, it's not a new method btw

You have to use actual beef stock. If you can't find that, substitute it with stock cubes
You can get meat free beef stock, not sure of any halal ones tbh 🤔
