Halal Chef's Original Peri Peri Marinade
Servings: 7 - 8
►INGREDIENTS
►For the Chicken and Peri Peri Marinade
►Dry Brining/Salting
2 large chicken breasts and 500g chicken wings
1 tsp. Salt
►For the Peri Peri Marinade
1 small onion
7 garlic cloves
1 lemon
7 birds eye chilies
2 serrano chilies
1 tbsp tomato paste
1.5 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp oregano
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp vinegar
5 tbsp water
7 tbsp oil
►For the Peri Peri Mayonnaise
Make the mayonnaise • Never Fail at Mayo Again!
Then add 2 - 3 tbsp of the Peri Peri Sauce,
►Other things you will need
Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, buns.

No worries. Yes, they are the red chillies that you normally see in small packets in Morissons or Sainsburys. You should be able to find birds eye chilli as well
