  • In this video I make my interpretation of a promethium pipe using chipboard, bottle tops, cardboard and some other bits and pieces.
This video is the first part in a series creating different sections of the pipeline. Stay tuned for the next part!
This would be perfect to use as Warhammer 40k terrain, Kill Team terrain, Necromunda terrain or any other tabletop game.

The corrugated paper in the caps is a brilliant detail.

Thanks a lot! It definitely needed something there and corrugated paper does add nice texture.

Just replaced some faucet aerators a few months ago. Saw some potential, but this I overlooked . Appreciate the idea.

For the rivets, i have a range of hole punches from 1.5mm to 5mm that make perfect flat rivets. I also use Carbon steel Ball bearings if I really need them to look realistic. My favorite sizes are 1.2mm and 1.8mm. 10,000 for about 7 pounds on Amazon in the UK :). Carbon Steel are much cheaper than Stainless Steel and you can make them rust if needed.

Have you heard of using baking powder on the super glue to help strength, and also to fill up small gaps?
