Fantastic tutorial ! I don't want to use 3D printing for my barrels, other tutorials speak about copper ring that cost a fortune in my country, or use paper to simulate the band of the barrel glued on a straw, very light and fragile. Your proposition is great, cheap and smart. Thank you !

Perfect for bulking out a Necromunda board. Throw some walk ways between a few stacks of these and you've got a very playable shanty town setting. It might be worth adding some basic ladders to a few of them for playability purposes.

While I went my own way a few years back (all cardboard and more of a 'hive hab') I can not recommend the small modular box type of terrain enough. I have an entire 40k table worth of terrain stored in a single IKEA Cube container. It really does let you have a set up that looks consistent with not near as much work or storage. Add some graffiti and it goes to the next level.

I used your metod from the previous shed video, upgraded that, and got this exact same resouot. Wonderfull build, as alwasy!

Great end result. I really like that green too, it makes me think of a power plant for some reason. Your comment about rivets made me laugh. Have you seen the absolutely crazy rivet montages @BillMakingStuff does?

I also do a coat of a different color over white before applying yellow. I've used orange to replicate Athletic Gold (using my Penguins jersey for reference) and vallejo bronze fleshtone to get a mustardy color. Yellow is transparent enough that I think it's easier than trying to mix a color. I just keep applying a thin coat of yellow until I get it where I want it.

Another quality tutorial. Hope the RUclips algorithm starts playing nice again! I've heard adding chapters to videos improves their ranking. Tricky on shorter vids like this but something to think about.

Nice and simple. Have you experimented with making it into more of a texture paste as you mentioned? I've been wondering about using paper mache pulp but I don't know how well it adheres to plastics. Adding paint and PVA to the mix could give it the grip it needs. A lot of your builds use card though so I can imagine it working well for those.

As always your "Show" is great. We need the "Tell" thou.
