    Hello friends!) Welcome to my channel)).
    1.5kg potatoes.
    Cook with skin on until done.
    Cut 100 g leek into rings.
    Check the readiness of the potatoes. If the fork goes through without any problems, it is finished.
    Butter - 40g (1.4oz).
    Add leeks to the heated oil.
    Fry over medium heat while stirring for 2-3 minutes.
    Garlic - 2 cloves.
    Add garlic to the onions.
    Fry for another 2 minutes.
    Peel the potatoes and grind them into puree.
    Salt 1-2 tsp.
    pepper (to taste).
    Egg - 2 pcs.
    Mix well with a spoon.
    Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan.
    Spring onion - 20g, finely chopped.
    Pour half of the puree into the bottom of the heated skillet.
    Add caramelized leeks and garlic.
    Cheese 50 -70 g. Slice.
    Add the rest of the potatoes.
    Smooth well.
    Fry over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
    Turn out onto parchment.
    And fry for another 10 minutes over low heat.
