As a newbie about to invest, you must have these three things in mind 1. Have a long term mindset. 2. Be willing to take risk. 3. Be careful on money usage, if you're not spending to earn back, then stop spending. 4. Never claim to know - Ask questions and it's best you work with a financial advisor Rolando.
As a beginner investor, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Rolando Diaz is my trade analyst, he has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns
You're right! I have lost a lot trading all by myself without a guide. It's been an uneasy ride for me. Who is your mentor please. how can i reach him i really need help in this bear market now?
Year-over-year inflation stood at 6.5% in December 2022-the lowest that figure has been in more than a year. Inflation was in line with what economists expected and gave many of them a reason to believe that the peak of inflation may be behind us. I have approximately $150k stagnant in my port_folio that needs growth. What is the best way to take advantage of this downturn?
you’re right! The current market might give opportunities to maximize profit within a short term, but in order to execute such strategy , you must be a skilled practitioner
I lose the most when I don't wait for a clear market, and on false breakouts. My weaknesses. Too, I've found that I do best in the mornings, and when I don't trade everyday. Thanks for the tips Ben!
So True. I sat there watching my money disappear as I kept saying "It will come back up, it's fine" These ideas are great and I'll be putting them into my system from now on
Man this is good quality content, in a field like this where you can only find crap 95% of the time, this is really good material. Thank you for sharing your knowledge Ben, glad to find your channel!
Sell at support and buy resistance... I just can't help myself. Nailed that reference on the head 🤣 appreciate your videos so so so much! Thanks for all you do!
Yes haha, i have been trading live for about 3 months and have based my strategy around moving averages and a indicator with some complex rules. I have not been succesful, but i have now done a complete 180 and scraped all my previous strategies and are now trading( scalping) the bounces from support and resistance, with trend lines, a divergence and i have some moving averages on there aswell for my take profits. It is so simple and almost laughable how much simpler it is and i have been doing some backtesting and my winrate in my backtesting is around 85 % and before this my winrate live was around 40 %.
@@botte9406 that's amazing to hear I blew up my account a few weeks ago and started doing the same thing in a sim. I don't lose money during the day now when I'm trading on Sim. Just gotta grind and save money to start again unfortunately. Which is annoying but it is what it is, I suppose, if anyone wants to help me get started quicker I'll be forever grateful 😂
Man you are a so real and explain each and everything very clearly and honestly..very interested to watch your video..thanks for sharing pure knowledge with honesty.
This trade is looking kinda suspect, I think i wanna get out 😄Great content. RUclipsrs like you are so important because we cant go to college to learn this high income skill.
Hello Ben. Please answer the question: whenever I loss a trade, from my previous profits made should I add to that amount I use in placing trade(to the capital I loss) in other to maintain my 20% fixed trading amount?
I have watched a lot of information on yt and have been trading live for a quarter of the year and have been struggling with a few points that you showed us here and you explained perfectly why i should not do these mistakes. So i basically got a few lightbulbs over my head. New sub!
Hi Ben, very good trading rules in this video. I use that scaling out rule a lot. Too many traders don't do this and they lose money. Thanks again for a very informative video. Have a great day,
A lot of U.S. traders are trading with small accounts velow PDT and can't scale out as it would count as day trades. They have an all or nothing approach which hurts a lot of traders when we're not in a bull market
Thank you so much my man YES YES YES 👏. I’m always following you. I’ve been practicing and I did a lot of progress but it was missing your steps. I’ll put it to the test in my next practice trades. Usually I go for 3/1 RR and when the least expected turns back on me stopping me out. U R AMAZING buddy. Thx you for the video.
Crazy I actually use the first one with my trading plan. Why? Because I’ve been burned so many times in the market and it gives me the peace of mind that although I didn’t gain…I know I didn’t lose 🙅🏾♂️ My first TP is 1:2 then full TP at 1:4 KISS: Keep it stupid simple
BEN! Yes, Yes, Yes lol Seriously, thank you so much for these videos. These tips are so helpful. Not only do they focus on the actual trades but also on mindset and discipline. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Thanks for this Sir. I am a beginner. Still playing with a Demo account. Earlier today, I lost a trade I saw clearly because I got stomped out and it is pissing me off. I wanted to use a pending order system to enter the market above the danger zone but I don't understand how MT4 works with the 30 pips difference and all. I kept getting an invalid Stop loss or Take profit error and that forced me to go for market execution. Well, I lost the trade and it sucks because my call was correct. I wasn't watching the trade though.
Thank you very much for sharing you knowledge here, I am very new to all of this I was just wondering, do you use leverage with your trades, because if not how can you scale your account on those quick day trades.. (because I am new don't want to use leverage) but increasing my account on cent for cent penny for penny seems like a really slow way to go.. ✨🙏🏼✨
one advice.. always zoom the part when you are showing the trading strategy on a chart, prior to starting tell about the entry point, stop loss point and exit point n may be write these on the chart
What brokers are there where you can actually take part of profits on certain areas? :) Have only found plattforms, where I can adjust S/L, but only take full profit.. Thanks in advance / happy for some recommandations!
I used to not use stop losses - I'd manually monitor. I never really lost money that way. Now that I'm using stop losses I get out with a small loss or break even! I think I need to go back to what I do best - trade the way that works the best for me!
Thank you for the content Ben! The 'Waiting for some one else to get stopped out' is powerful and it happens all the time in the markets, price usually pushes into the nearest obvious areas where people would have their stop losses on purpose, to trigger them! that fuels the fire for the next push, its called Liquidity Hunting! One way you can prepare and avoid this is by placing your order where you would usually place your stop loss :) You can either wait until price pushes into these areas then place your order or you could even just place a limit order and wait for it to be triggered ;)
You should do a live trading video, I have so much technical skills I can call the market it’s just the timing that screws us all I will know it’s going down but it will pull away like 300 pips and make us think it’s reversing
Damn Ben! That is rly briliant stuff. Well you said it in previous videos but trailing stop is good sollution, to not make profitable trades into stoped one's. Could you tell us? Can you combine this strategies or just make it as simple as possible so for example chosse only one sollution and kept it no mater what?
Nice vid. On the last example if you took off 80% of your profit/position and it does recover so keep your same initial target, do you scale back in on confirmation if it bounces back? Or just let what’s left play out?
both.. I don't talk about stocks in my course but my strategy works for Forex, Stocks, Futures, and crypto. I have students that trade stocks too and I also have a stock section in my discord room..
I noticed the market maker really dropped the bid price on my option. The spread was ridiculous end of day last friday. I’m specifically trading NEM for the earnings + inflation hedge (worked good with Barrick), anyway; the trade is still a Good place to be and a stop loss would have ended my position. I want to use stop losses- but I can see where it can also cause problems.
Damn when I scalp I basically don't use a stop-loss 🔥🔥🔥 just let my indicators give me my signal to cut. But you're right on your reasoning bro I got stuck in that trap sometimes. Was in that yesterday lol but got lucky. My next trade also helped me recover it even if I sold at the loss I would of gotten.
Hey yeah I have a quick question this is David Dillon and I've been watching you for maybe about a year now I wonder what you meant by take off 80% of your profit cuz if I'm in a trade and I have a tray going on how do I take off 80% if I only have one particular lot size do you mean having multiple Lots on the same trade
just wanted to tell everyone. people pay thousands of dollars to gain knowledge like these.
thanks!
