A year? The new Himalayan isn’t even here yet. I only see a few Shotguns available here in the states. Dealers are sitting on tons of 350s and 650s. RE is much too slow releasing product here in the states.

Yeah US is usually the last one to get new models, Europe gets them within 3 months.

Agree on the 350s and 650s. I was told by a RE reps that the Himalayan will be available late August/early September, while the Guerrilla will be a February/March 2025 release.

This gives me Guzzi vibes atleast from the front upto the tank especially the silver one.

I love classic and retro bikes but I like this, it’s modern but with character and style, it would be the yellow and black one for me.

Well, RC Enfield product is only working on the design, but still they need to work on reliable engine becoz already a lot of issue on new motorcycles

I have a RE Classic 350 speedometer is the worst I have ever seen
but never seen the engine problem in this although I clocked it around 15-16K Miles I think the RE engine is pretty Reliable in my view.

Engine isn't a issue in RE, since I own one, I can tell.
The engine shouldn't be a worry.

Why do you emphasize "beginners" and "entry level" so much? This is the way ALL motorcycles should be designed. "Experienced" people seem to think that being DISTINCTLY UNCOMFORTABLE and DIFFICULT TO RIDE is somehow a badge of honor. It isn't. It is either masochism or stupidity or both. ALL sales will head in
the direction of comfort and usability as of the last couple of years and into the foreseeable future.

I looked at the photos, and I'm just not feeling the styling. Kind of a cross between retro and contemporary. I certainly don't care for the ugly accordian fork covers or the cap on top of the radiator. Also the whole "Guerilla" meme is a bit over the top. Give me the understated elegance of the Speed 400 any day. Overall, this looks a lot like a Himalayan based bike that was heavily restyled and modified for road use. Same engine and frame. I wonder if RE did anything to quell the engine vibes which are mentioned often in reviews of the Himalayan. As for pricing, it seems to me that this machine at, say, $4500USD would be a hell of a bargain, but we'll have to see if RE will try to push it more up market. Seems like it would conflict with their 350 products at that price.

I disagree, respectfully. Speed 400 has a great engine. But it looks too bland. I mean, it's pushing "understated" to the max. I'm Indian. My best friend owns a Speed 400 (red), it's great to ride. But we often confuse it for a little 125cc bike (delivery bikes) out on the road. A Triumph should be special in my opinion, regardless of the engine capacity. Again just my opinion. The RE atleast stands out in that regard

I think guerilla looks better than speed 400. However, from what I have red, Triumph has better components. Tough choice.

@@antappsYea, I saw the speed recently and well it was underwhelming when you look at it. It's quite small for a 400cc bike.
It may well be good for other people but I would rather get a different bike based on how it looks (if it was up to that)
