You have no idea how this video is relaxing for me as I finished this game multiple times and every time, I start a new playthrough I am enjoying the game like on the first playthrough. But you video combined with the music and your calming voice it's so relaxing to watch even though I know every race of the game and can beat it without a restart with some exceptions with some races in Tokyo and the infamous Savo unordered Paris race where the NPCs are having an advantage because of no traffic spawning on them, because they spawn only around you. Is there a way to connect with you on social media, Discord or Steam, because I'd like to get to know a MC2 enjoyer like me? You also earned yourself a new subscriber!
Amazing! I love mc3 but i think that mc2 has a better 'flow' on it's races when it comes to routes, idk exactly what it is but it is so satisfying to watch. My main problem with mc2 was that i didn't knew the routes. Well, now i don't have any excuses
I just finished the game thanks to your video! Up until now I got though Savo in Paris and couldn't understand the path for the first LA race (Traction). Really isn't that bad once I understood the path but man that first time was surely a whiplash lmao.
Great video! Really helpful. My only critique would be in the future to have one of the input displays in one of the corners or something. Besides, that was super wonderful.
there's two types of MC2 players: "omg if you win this game there is nothing to stress you in life, hardest and most fun game ever" "this is my comfort game, when i'm bored I play savo paris 1" no inbetween
I played this on PS2 and I definitely think it was more difficult, I barely scrapped by to beat savo after months of attempts. I’ve seen a lot of pros talk about fishtailing, funny enough the starter coquette is capable of over 200 mph
Since the games programming and physics are tied to the framerate, they're affected by running the game above the expected 30fps. Running the game at 60fps can tone down the squirrely/unstable handling common in a lot of cars and a lot of players seem to prefer that, especially when playing on keyboard. At 100fps or above, it will start to seriously ruin the handling. Makes the vehicles understeer like crazy, drops their top speed, and also breaks a lot of the driving abilities (getting up on 2 wheels takes forever, burnouts become slower than just accelerating normally, trying to steer bikes with weight transfer becomes very slow and barely increases the handling). It makes bikes really tough at 60fps and nigh impossible to use at anything above that. A higher framerate also screws with how the game calculates damage and you'll end up taking a lot more. You can actually see it in this video, he takes 2-3 bars of damage just from doing burnouts when they typically only do 1 (or 2 if you hold it for some of the really long intros). Little bonus tip, I wouldn't start a burnout until the countdown begins or you see your opponents doing it. It'll save you some damage and the other racers always burnout for too long anyways, so you won't have to worry about under-cooking them.
What a video ... Absolutely amazing this game was more of route knowing and who ever knows it best can win with a slow car

An extremely poignant yet concise guide to the entire game. Cheers Sire

nah i'm the inbetween. i didn't find the difficulty that stressful but not comforting either

It seems like the cars handle much better on pc than they do on the ps2 version
Imagine having the agility of using wasd in a PS2 game

Actually no, the 60 FPS unlock on PC makes the Saikou XS flip during high speed turns.
Because you're using a keyboard
Can I play with controller on PC?
how many hours have you put into this game?
