Hi I am the Moodmonster Guy Who Played Nelson in this video but guys i was not really from start on the stream it was a random paired match and i got to know very late that peter patzer is nelson Stream was Completely muted i just came gaved the superchat only
I actually didn't know the first opponent was stream sniping lol. You guys in chat who are playing against him really shouldn't. Mute the stream and don't read chat when you are playing. Stay honorable chat. Thanks for the stream Nelson! Those were some crazy games!
I don't see the issue with stream sniping since there isn't really an advantage to be gained in doing so. He wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a stream sniper and someone who doesn't even know who he is.
You get to hear Nelson’s thoughts and potential moves that he is considering for the opponent and for himself. You are kind of cheating in a way because you are getting help, which in this case is indirect. If you want to improve and get stronger, it is better to not look at chat or hear Nelson, and focus on your own calculations and thoughts on the position you are in when playing against him.
@@arthurrtang9670exactly. A situation where you hear your opponent's series of moves and thoughts is most def cheating. And you may even win but you still lose.
@kidkid whether he knows it or not, to me it is not very honorable. Sure, you are not directly getting help from an engine, but being able to hear his comments may give you (not always) an advantage. It is up to the player’s choice, since I am not here to force you to not stream snipe
Hey Nelson, think I spotted a forced checkmate @ 34:09, black to play, checkmate in 3 moves: black Qe2, WRe2, BRd1, BRe1, BRe1, let me know if I'm wrong! (950 player here!)
I disagree, although it is a great move which could result in a nice checkmate, it isn’t forced. For example, after Qe2 white could play something like Bg5, connecting the rooks, thereby preventing the back-rank mate and threatening blacks queen, which also gains a tempo. But nonetheless great vision, especially for someone your elo, keep it up!
At 12:23 ....after re1 by white...can't he just take the pawn? Black to move like in the following: dxe4, fxe4, nxe4, nxe4, bxe4, bxe4 and then f4 to pin the bishop and win the piece back?
thats just you. noone is studying chess nonstop, thats not even connected to caring about your chess rating. just because you like chess doesnt mean you have to study it nonstop..
Thanks for the video Nelson. Now, it always disconcerts me when I hear master level players say ' I really don't know what to do here'. I keep thinking that if YOU don't know what to do, what chance do we lower ranked players have of ever understanding chess?!
First time I've seen a streamsniper inform his opponent that he's sniping lol.
Well the opponent certainly waited long enough to do it haha. They didn't say so for half the game
After 5 min into the game lol
Don’t understand the “late” comments. Maybe he said it immediately. Nelson reads like 5% of all comments
Stream delay too probably @@modemuffel9911

all the pawns are in one diagonal from nelson rock to white rock😂😂😂😂
haha... "it was well played until that move" lol
Hey, love the Rating Climb. Keep up the good work!
I remember Levy playing the King's Gambit with very high success some time ago

In chess, what will be the benifit if someone stream snipe?

Thanks a lot from Reunion island for your RUclips channel and your interesting games and live comments !
I have thoughts of how you might lose, and then you address those thoughts and explain how you won't lose...
And then I'm like... oh... nice.
Nice play there Nelson
In the middle game: hey by the way im a piece of 💩 and been stream sniping. Should be permanently banned.
Moodmonster probably wanted to throw his computer after that queen blunder at the end!
He is a piece of💩 cheater. Should be banned.
No brother
Why bro i was not on the stream full time @@wellutopia2237

No silly questions but this probably a bit silly. Where do I get a chess vibes t-shirt?

i still watch this 7months ago
Do you edit out your loses?
Nicely played
At 35 min, the opponent missed a brilliant move Qe2.
HAHAHAHAHAH Qe2 its not a brilliant move my dear friend... Actually almost a blunder
Qe2 , RxQ, Rd1+, Re1, RXR#
no defence.
If bishop is moved, then we have to come back.
Bf5 pins the pawn
Who is peter patzer? Like where did the character come from?
He's from ChessAdventures. Look it up on RUclips
The first guy stream sniped?
love these vids
21:22 i think the first mistake was to not pushed f5 immediately it was passed at Qxg2
20:36
What is a speed run account?
When Nelson wins the loser get the Rank points back so he is not unfairing taking lower Rank peoples theirs points.
57:26 what happened here is it a bug??
@GladiatorVI thank i just dd a research
Imagine caring about your chess rating. Studying chess nonstop sounds horrible. Nope.
It's just not your thing doesn't mean other people don't like it btw it's not nonstop it's not like your entire life is based on a board game
thats just you. noone is studying chess nonstop, thats not even connected to caring about your chess rating. just because you like chess doesnt mean you have to study it nonstop..
So your at 2100 but still not a master, like that’s crazy!! I would assume even after hitting 1900 you are one, but nvm that 😆
hes a national master wdym lmao
First game you played he is watching your stream it’s too obvious
