Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 kg to 1 1/4 kg
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Jeerakasala / kaima rice - 1 kg ( 5 cup )
Hot water - 10 glass
*For preparation :
Oil - 150 ml
Cardamom - 8
Cloves - 10
Cinnamon - 5 piece ( 2" size )
Star anise - 1
Green chilli - 8
Mint leaves - 2 handful
Coriander leaves - 2 handful
Small onion ( shallots ) - 150g
Onion - 3 ( big size )
Garlic paste - 4 tbsp ( 75g )
Ginger paste - 2 1/2 tbsp ( 50g )
Tomato - 3 ( big size )
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Curd - 150 ml
Lime juice - 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt
Ghee - 3 tbsp
