One shower Idea as i don't want you to be uncomfortable while showering... have a shop bend a shower pan that goes up and slants over the wheel well 4-6" , then you have more shoulder room and stand in the 24" flat bottom.

Or a shower seat where Jaylena can shave her legs, if she so chooses.

Love the layout, where the wood stove is I think some sort of desk/table for Ember to do colouring/puzzles eat in a highchair or even to edit videos and can double as kitchen area when cooking would be useful otherwise perfect. Made it till end so hello cameraman lol 😆 💕🇬🇧

This home is going to be so amazing when you guys are done! I love the white cedar concept for sure! I hope that you and Jaylena can come up with a different option to have that Queen size bed! You will be sleeping 3 in that bed more then you know!😜 my kids would sneak in our beds all the time when they were little. Are you going to have a pantry?

Hey Issac I am love your ruff layout. And the wood stove sounds great since you have that delete window right there if you wanted you could put the stove pipe right out there and do a 90 up or just take it through the roof. I am so excited for the build to start making progress I know it is going to be fantastic.

Great layout! I’ve been looking at those deletes and scratching my head … I like the idea of the cedar and I am okay with the white paint, but what about using a whitewash stain, so you get the beauty of the cedar and the light bouncing around? And Levi did a great job as the cameraman!

Hi, I like You Ideas but where are Ember's bed and space? Also, I like your fireplace Idea but if it is low the baby can burn herself. Just a thought I'm a 73-year-old Mom of 3 and grandma of nine and a great-grandma of 1. Baby Proofing your home now can save you a lot of heartache in the future. Peace Out

I saw a small iron heater on the front of bus over a shoe storage with seal panels it wouldn't take much space I saw on a big bus just the size of your bus cus by baby's room not safe n when the time comes for traveling come to NYC I'LL BE HERE stay safe n gbu guys🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Sounds like you’ve thought things out, but I can’t help but feel you really should figure out a way to make your shower a little bigger. Your not going to be able to move in that tiny space to shower. If Jaylena gets pregnant again it definitely won’t be large enough for her. A woman needs at least a little more space than that. Have you thought about where y’all going to give Ember a Bath? Make sure you cross all your T’s and dot all your I’s. A well thought out space will be so much more comfortable for long term living/traveling. Just wanna see all your dreams come true, as you, Jaylena and Ember live life.

Great layout. You will love having the two parallel sofas like that. And the proximity to the kitchen is ideal for family activities and conversation. I have an excellent cookie recipe for soft cookies out of a propane stove. You’ll have fun making memories in the family bus. 🚌 🎉

Issac, I love everything you do, but.... if I were Jaylena I would not be happy with the full size bed and the 24" shower. That bus is so much longer! What if you put the bathroom with the shower on the left when you first walk in the bus. Embers room across from it? Then either the living room or kitchen. I would draw it up on paper with graph paper and do cut outs for how big everything is and do all different configurations. The window deletes might not be in the right spot, but if you are planning on living in this for a while, the homier the better, sorry! Either way it's the two of your decisions, I don't want you to regret it!!

It's too bad you can't hydraulic the bed up during the day you know like turn that into some sort of little studio area again the lights push the bed down at night but I understand the garage situation yo-yos it's going to look sharp swagtastic

For the shower you can make it bigger by going into the walk area and put a grid over the shower trouth. Then have doors that open one right the other left so it makes a showroom
Check out Snow and Kurt's van build bathroom. I've seen others do it too.

Our shower extends over the wheel well. The way we did it is that we built a bench over the wheel well portion. This gives us the option to sit while taking a shower if we choose. As far as the water draining properly, the bench has a slight slant that leads the water off the bench into the main shower pan, and our shower pan is sloped to the drain properly.

Loving the layout! I got ideas thou...lol
1. Have you seen white washed cedar as opposed to solid paint? You could do some test pieces. It should give the wood more depth and interest.
2. Ember is going to be crawling and reaching soon. Safety covers for knobs, outlets, etc, just a thought.
3. For Embers bed removable rails on the front side, also something to think about.
4. The step / entry way at the front..maybe a gate or something to block her when she is crawling around. Wonder if you could build in a retractable mesh gate or something.
Just some thoughts.

Hello Isaac. I am loving the layout!! Can't wait to see the finished product. I have been following your journey since the beginning and Jaylena i have watched even longer. You have all come a long way from meeting Jaylena and now you are a beautiful family with your daughter Ember....I just wanted to say that I have been seeing a few people putting the incinerator toilet in their home because it is so easy to use and there is nothing to throw away apart from a few ashes. I am not telling you what to do i just think that I would pay the extra to not have TO throw human excrement away and have to find a place that is legally acceptable!!!! With the incinerator toilet there is nothing to do because the the poop gets incinerated!!!! I would buy that toilet hands down every time!!!!!!....All the best from wales UK again xxx sunset xxx xxx

How about a white washed cedar ceiling. You would have the organic wood feel but still with the light reflective quality. Just a thought. Love the layout!

On the shower you could go into the wheel well and put a shower seat over the wheel well part and just design it accordingly. You could not use a ready made shower stall but a custom build would work great . Then Jaylena could sit and shave her legs in the shower . What a bonus . And it would give you room for mommy to bathe Ember when she gets a bit older. She could sit on the shower seat and it would be great .
The bus is pitched forward there can be no other angle than straight down

What if you build a bench inside the show, you can use half of that wheel well as a bench just build over it and that way you guys can sit in there be more comfortable and also more comfortable for Ember.

Awesome ideas and plans Isaac, so looking forward to watching all the way to the finished work, of course I'm late watching this video replay and trying to catch up too, between my schedule work hours, and taking on very soon my newest project on some renovations and remodeling my 87 Excel 26 ft x 8 ft 5th wheel RV camper in the midst and hopefully get what I need to get done before winter really gets here in Odessa TX so I can get out of my dad's old condemnable house because of the bad conditions of this house I needed to get something I could stay safe and warm inside. My RV will not be used for any traveling, but stable in one place liken to a tiny home on this property until sometime later I'll invest into an actual tiny home one this property. However, still planning to finish building out my van conversion build and will be temporarily delayed until I get this RV done, need to use van to get materials and supplies needed for my RV at this time, then later I will resume working on my van conversion build, my van will be mostly used for my main traveling and even living in as well. I'm keeping the property my dad willed me ad my residency or home base. I'm looking forward to all I need to do with both my projects, thus, the RV and van conversion build in the midst of my work schedule and getting all of the property ownership, title deed, eventually in my name, etc😉👍 anyway sending y'all lots and lots of love hugs and prayers daily too. Bro seriously, I'd change your layout IF IT WERE ME. It's yours so by all means do as you wish, but I'd also do the queen size that Jaylena wants. One, happy wife, happy life but you've also got a child. Come toddler age, the kids like to get in bed with mom and dad to chill, eat snacks and watch a movie. Good family time and for the those nights when Ember gets a bit bigger and has those "bad dreams". A twin and full is 6 foot 3 long. You may not be 6 foot, but with pillows, your feet will hang off the end. Queen is 6 foot 8 inches long. Sure you can get a Full XL which is same width as a full but the length of a Queen and then sheets are a bit more expensive and harder to find where Queen sheets being most common, cheaper and easy to find. I get the shower part too. I'd put it in front of the wheel well instead. Embers bunk and toy storage over 1 wheel well, and Embers closet over the other wheel well. You and Jaylena's closets between the wheel wells and the bed, 1 closet for you, 1 for Jaylena. JMO, I'd sacrifice smaller somewhere else to have the Queen bed. Or this... I am certain those wheel wells are much larger than they need to be by a long shot. Do your layout just like you have it planned, but cutout that wheel well and fab a piece of metal like from a car hood or something, and build a notch into that one wheel well to make the room for your shower where you want it. I'll bet that can be done then you and Jaylena both get what you want.
May I make a suggestion- enclose the toilet with a sink in it and Ember's bunk bed can have side bars and a curtain. I'm glad you're making a bunk bed for her. I love your channel ❤️ 💕 God bless!

Isaac for Ember's bed you should look at Number Juan Bus build. They used a wheel well for her area. The cool part was that it was designed to be easily changed over time for the first 3 yrs as she got bigger. It was a good layout.
Your lay out is almost like the one I have in head...only instead of a closet , I want a pantry for my home canning goods

** Maybe just curtain off Ember's room.. like on trains, etc.. that way it could easily be 'open; to the rest of the home and closed when she needs dark and quiet to get good sleep time in.
You should look into the oven that are also an air fryer! They are amazing and will change your life for the better, faster, and healthier and food still tastes amazing! Lol

I like the tape plan layout. The bus looks so big then when the tape hits the floor and it gets real, the floor space gets used up quickly. It will be big and beautiful and carry your family on the best life ever!
