I wished it was asked to them: do you think any element inspired the real toy story 3? The furnace! If it came from there, it was really good dramatic element in TS3
These ideas all have some kind of charm to them, even if the sockpuppets got forgiven WAY too easily because they were in wuuuv, but I gotta admit, I am glad we got what we got. Toy Story 3 really feels like an important story, a grand chapter in the saga, but these... these feel more like the episodes of a hypothetical TV-series spin off. Episodic, doesn't really move the characters forward in any meanignful way. They could be charming adventures, but they just don't feel like the actual Toy Story movies do. Of course it's all moot because the idea at their very foundation was to be like, leverage over Pixar and so the core is rotten, but hey- for what it's worth what these creatives wrote isn't all bad. It's just the reasons behind why they wrote it that's bad.

when the toys disappeared it felt like super natural stuff to me
Personally I would’ve liked to see these canned plots as TV specials like the later holiday ones Post the true Toy Story 3.
The first draft is pretty charming but the second one is a much better mystery since it has more than s single suspect.
Nice episode! Will you ever do the recall draft?
Yup! The recall draft is my most requested video *ever* but I have a suspicion that it will be longer than even this video. So it won't be for a while.
