I totally agree with you about Dirty Loops having that accessibility. My issue with groups like Tool/Dream Theater/Arctopus was always the lack of soul. Dirty Loops have soul. In abundance.
Dirty Loops is one of the rare gems of bands that makes music that truly anyone can enjoy, and follow along and see little bits at what is happening musically. One of the best there is. More GOAT material!

Okay so Corey Wong, the guitarist is known for being in a band called Vulfpek. Check them out. He also has a side band called the Fearless Flyers. Also check them out. The horn players, specifically, the sax players, have done some Fearless Flyers tunes. Putting all of these musicians in a room together is pop (and chops) heaven!
I have not heard of this band before this. They are incredible!!! You can bet that I'll be hearing a lot more of their catalog in the next few days lol. Thank you for sharing!!!l

Cory Wong is THE understated guitar hero. I appreciate a good guitar solo as much as the next guitar player, but his subtle mastery of funk guitar is uncanny. I believe the horn section is from his band, Cory and The Wong Notes.
