    I believe in a synergistic harmony between western and eastern medicine. It's a combination of the two that makes us healthy.

      身體的熱有表症或裏症的分別,身體熱之外還有別的症狀的話,例如:睡眠、精神、飲食狀況都要告知中醫,好讓中醫可以更快掌握關於你目前狀況的資訊,有利於中醫配出一帖主治你症的中藥。

    Very well explained in a way that the English speaking world would understand. I have friends with digestive issues and constipations. They ate salad and yogurt for breakfast. I tried to tell them their system is too 'yin' and they need food like porridge and hot noodle soups and not salads 🤣. They still hv constipation and later even often get reflux.

    How would one know if their body system was hot or cold?

    • @HoldenQiGong
      @HoldenQiGong  2 года назад +2

      Hi Astra! Commonly in TCM, 'Excess Heat' can refer to conditions that manifest in things such as red eyes, nodebleeds, high blood pressure, anxiety, etc. While 'Cold' can refer to things such as sneezing, runny nose, itchiness, and coughing. These are some examples :)
