This is one series I'm absolutely shocked never recieved a remake. The fact it was so much faster-paced than the Resident Evil games almost lends it to being even better for an over-the-shoulder shooter.

A great game from my childhood. I feel extremely fortunate to have been able to play it. I actually have this on my ps3 I bought it digital way back when the store for that was up.
The technology piece of this game's story was actually more intriguing than the dinosaurs. Sort of the way pharmaceutical corruption is more intriguing than simply zombies.
It's still my #1 favorite game of all time. Been playing it for the past 23 years and still cant get enough of it. Im watching it as if it were the first time hearing about this masterpiece.

Do you know what happens when a dinosaur eats cow vindaloo, and then eats two and a half tons of mint-choc ice cream, followed by four hundred crates of orange ice-pops, and swills the whole thing down with two thousand gallons of a popular fizzy drink? Do you know what happens?
Kordell Stewart is legendary. I'm still a fan. I was a young kid taking karate where a bunch of Pittsburgh Police also trained, I knew the claims were fake (the cops told my dad that it was total BS).
Dinosaurs are an inspired choice of enemy type, but for the series to really distance itself from the litany of survival horror titles I think you'd have to really lean into their simulation in ways the original DC titles really didn't. I'm imagining a scenario where you're walking through an area and you hear a noise behind you and you turn around to find nothing because the dinosaur is already circling around you in a crouch. You could be walking through a room for a second time before they attack from a darkened corner because they want you off-guard, things like that. I think about how in India they have to strap masks to the backs of people's heads to fool tigers because they're much less likely to attack head-on. That kind of intelligence in an enemy AI would be a lot of fun to try surviving. You could even intentionally leave blood trails into mine traps, things like that. I'm just hoping that if they do a remake it's more than a coat of paint over the RE formula
I loved this game, even the insane save everyone ending with the chopper. But word to the wise, you can kill the dinos with the laser fences as their dume enough to kill trying to attack you from the other side.
