Houston, you and I both dressed up as Daredevil that same year for Halloween! :D Seriously though, Daredevil as a series will always hold a special place in my heart. I remember seeing Season 1 for the first time and it blew me away. This latest season had me feeling like I was in eighth grade again, it was phenomenal!
This season really reminded me why I love Daredevil so much. It really is the best superhero TV show, and one of the best shows, period. And I agree with your comment on the final fight. I thought the same thing. The choreography isn't mind blowing, but all of the setup of the stakes and the characters throughout the season is what fuels that fight and makes it work.
I really enjoyed season 3. I'd say my only complaints were some of the fight scenes didn't seem as good as the previous seasons. And I don't mean the choreography so much, as the execution. It almost seemed like the had Charlie do more of the action and the inexperience showed. I felt that you could see the pulled punches more and nothing was as hard hitting. Of course this isn't the case for all the fight scenes, but many didn't feel as hard hitting to me. I will say I enjoyed the dynamic of the final scene daredevil and fisk fighting each other, while fighting bullseye, but not in a cheesy team up way really. They'd fight then one would knock down bullseye and immediately going back to fighting each other. It was done really well in my opinion.
Remember in the Last of Us how you could hear enemies move through walls and shit? It's there for gameplay purpouses but doesn't really make sense. For Daredevil though it'd be perfect
i know, right? we saw him for 30 minutes, but each line he had and each action was perfect. from his willingness to cover for karen, his insistence that she needs to get out more and go places, their banter, his instinct to protect her. i didn’t think i could get attached so quickly
Umm yeah? What's so shocking? Daredevil is a gritty show and a realistic show. The MCU movies are not like that and aren't supposed to be. Daredevil is a dark and gritty show because it is able to be like that what i mean is that realistic and gritty superhero content are the ones that the audience will always prefer (joker, the dark knight trilogy, winter soldier etc)the MCU isn't like that and we don't want it to be, winter soldier is a realistic movie (when i say realistic i mean that that's how it would be if there are heroes in the world or they try to be as scientific and real life accurate as possible and that's what people prefer)as it deals with the government and there's no huge cgi battles and there's no magic or colorful blasts that cone out of your hand and daredevil is even more realistic even if it is in the MCU it's still really gritty, dark, it's also comic accurate but it's still very realistic.
I think the bullseye v fisk v daredevil is the best fight of the show, specially because of that speech that matt gives, cant stop thinking about that dialogue (I BEAT YOU!)
Alejandro E I 95% agree, I loved that scene and just Matt being both pissed and happy for not killing Kingpin that he just lifts his mask and has Wilson stare at him and be like “I BEAT YOU! AND IF YOU EVEN THINK OF GETTING OUT OF PRISION I WILL MAKE SURE YOUR WIFE ENDS UP IN A CAGE TOO” I said I agreed 95% and that’s because I loved the Daredevil vs Bullseye fight from within the office, just him staring at foggy, throwing the thing at him for Matt to catch it last minute and just that 30 second pan shot of Matt inspecting both the baton and Mimic Daredevil is just so fucking awesome, like just his face of like both shock and disgust and then the fight where Bullseye is throwing things off walls and shit man, it was really well done.
I laughed so hard at when Kingpin snapped Pointdexters back, i don't know if it was because he deserved it or if it was a shock laugh because of how brutal it was.
@@christopher.tomins2001 I did too... I think it was the second one. I kinda wanted Bullseye to kill Vanessa or Fisk but I am happier with what we got.
If season 3 of Daredevil didn’t show Marvel that this character and the actor who plays him are good enough to be written into Marvel movies, nothing will.
I’d rather keep him in the shows tbh. Daredevil thrives with street-level stakes and complex stories, which can’t really work in the movies. Although it might be cool to see him appear in a cameo or on the news or something. Maybe in a Spider Man movie? Idk.
@@IVilnn They should've done something like the government or some shady organization caging him for experimentation and investigation. This way, in the future we could have him escape with perhaps a purple skin.
Honestly,it surprised me how well Matt's Faith with God was portrayed .As a Christian myself,I am quite disappointed with how awful Christianity is portrayed in a lot of Movies in TV Shows(even by Fellow Christians). If it isnt poorly made, then it is incredibly rude and condescending toward non believers. It is like these people forget that Jesus hung out with Tax Collectors when he was alive, and they were seen as the literal scum of the earth back then. I also loved Matt's Tug of War with God and found it incredibly accurate. When I was younger,my Life was extremely rough as I got constantly bullied at school for multiple reasons along with my Father truly being the worst. This lead me to abandon God and my Faith,as I thought he had abandoned me when I was praying for him to make it stop, For 5 Years,I was on and off with God but I could never truly trust him as I became very cynical. Fourthly that changed, and I found my way back eventually. Apparently though some people are saying that Matts Faith in Season 3 is a Sign of "SJWS TAKING OVER THE SHOW". Quite Frankly I am getting sick of both of these sides nonsensically screaming at each other and treating each other like some elusive boogeyman. It also degrades criticism as now all Film or Movie criticism as people throw out buzzwords that lose there meaning.
Yeah, I see a lot of your points. I see that there is a certain way in which Christianity can be portrayed in a negative and pandering way, but I think Daredevil is at the other end of the spectrum, and something which would be positive for the Christian community would be somewhere in the middle . As I think the problem today is unfortunately, a lot of non-believers have a very downward view of Christianity based on misinformation and (sometimes) ignorance, and media, particularly mainstream media, including Christianity should attempt to present the Truth as for what it is. I think Daredevil does this to an extent, but perhaps more and Christian characters and ethos shown in mainstream media?
Even as more of an Atheist myself I still found myself rooting for Matt to take back his faith. I think it's an essential part of him and as a "ex-Christian" (lol) I also found it very accurate and wonderfully well done. Even his Priest was beautifully written and very, very human. I loved his dialogues with Matt in the first and second season but in the third we see the shortcomings of even the most devoted, but in a very human way. It's wonderful, and I'm very glad Matt reconnected with his Catholic ideals by the end of the show.
I am an Atheist who honestly despises religion in general, but I still loved every part of Daredevil Season 3, which includes his struggles and eventual return to his Catholic faith. It was an incredibly well told part of the story and the prominent characters featuring in it such as Daredevil, Sister Maggie and Father Lantham were all very likeable, intriguing and to an extent relatable even to someone like me. And they did a great job of showing how Matt's faith is a completely integral and essential part of Daredevil the person. Foggie specifically says Matt's belief in redemption for all is why he doesn't kill people, and if Matt kills anyone, even Fisk, just as the Punisher says, once you cross that line, you can't come back, meaning he would kill again. The fact that he refused to kill Fisk of all people, someone so destructive, so dangerous and someone Matt hated so much and did want to kill, shows that Daredevil is truly incorruptible. That's what makes him the right kind of vigilante. His code ensures he does more good than harm and his Christian faith is the core of that and I love it.
KnightlyNobody Thank you for sharing your story! I agree- as a Christian I am always disappointed in the portrayal of Christians in TV. (Haha especially by fellow Christians because boi they should know better) But with Daredevil, not only was it relatable, meaningful, honest, and personal, but it was on such a deep and character driven level that it just made me so happy😊. Also, the speech he gave at the end about “the man without fear”- I cried.😜 Just one element of what made this show so compelling.
That prison sequence was one of if not the best thing I've seen in any movie or tv show. I never quite had the reaction to anything else. This was something truly extraordinary!
@@sirjoey3137 Ultron was fucking disgusting if u compare him to his comic counterpart. Ultron always return, even when it doesn't seem necessary. He could be Ross and that would work with me. And I don't think Joss Whedon knows what an age is
Charlie Cox deserves an Emmy. His performance is so all encompassing and he just completely inhabits the life of Matt Murdock. He's the most realistic, believable, and deep superhero I've ever seen in any cinematic medium. I just feel like Matt Murdock could so easily be a real guy. Also Charlie's blind acting is so insanely perfect I don't understand how he pulls it off.
"You almost pity him despite how horrible he is" EXACTLY. I had that same thought while watching the season. VD's performance takes the character to a whole new level beyond the genius writing.
Nadeem died SOOOO its not really a "better" parallel isn't? the other half of Job's story is that he was a in a better place than he started in the end ... Just like Matt
I think the best parallel for Nadeem is Jack Murdock. A father who wanted his son to see him as great and it ended up causing his downfall. He realised what he was doing was wrong but didn't stop until he was at a point where it cost him his life to fight back.
@@anikalra1427 that's exactly what I thought too. Especially in that scene where Matt asks Nadeem why exactly he did the things that he did. Matt saw a bit of his father in Nadeem and he was angry at him for letting his pride ruin his son's life.
**Spoiler Alert** (Even thought the video contains spoilers I thought I would still observe the courtesy). The moment when Hatley tells Nadeem that Fisk was behind the insurance company denying coverage for his Sister-in-Law was the best moment in the series for me. It perfectly showcased just how much of a mastermind that Kingpin really is; The man knew that Nadeem would do anything for his family. He knew that Nadeem's loyalty would put him in financial ruin. He knew that a financially struggling Nadeem would be so eager to make his career that he would be succeptible to manipulation. But Fisk underestimated Nadeem. He didn't think Nadeem would go so far as to martyr himself so that his posthumous testimony would put Fisk behind bars. Ultimately, Nadeem was not willing to continue to do the wrong thing for the right reasons. He knew that his family would be better off without him than with him under the thumb of the Kingpin so he made the ultimate sacrifice.
Nadeem was indeed awesome, but I keep wondering why every marvel show introduces a new cop character each season. There's plenty walking around already.
As much as I love the MCU films, there’s so many good aspects about the Netflix shows that I wish transferred to most of the films. The Netflix shows are more interestingly shot, most of the villains are far superior (granted they are given more time to develop, but I digress), and the balance of humour and tension is handled better. That’s not to say there aren’t things the films do far better cause I don’t love all the shows, it’s just something I thought of. On another note, I’d love to see Moon Knight get a series.
Marvel's Daredevil is without a doubt the best Superhero TV-Show ever made. It makes all the other Marvel TV-Shows and all the CW DC TV-Shows (Arrow, Flash etc.) look like a Joke in comparison.
I’ve personally always thought religion as a concept is a bit silly but the way Matt’s faith is represented in this show, especially in season 3, as more of a set of ideals that drive him to do what’s right make it less so. The way people think and fight about religion is really damaging and if more religious people could be like Matt or Father Lantom - kind, tolerant and noble - the world would be a much better place. You know, like Matt but without the part where he beats up people in alleys.
Thing is, as an atheist with a lot of religious Catholic relatives (including a priest), I think most religious people are like Lantom and Maggie and the non-violent aspects of Matt. It’s just that good people don’t shove their beliefs down other people’s throats, so the good religious people (and good atheists, for that matter) don’t get much publicity. In my eyes, public atheist intellectuals and public Christian apologists are both shitheads, with only a few exceptions. That’s why we need Daredevil, to show us portraits of people as people, whatever their religious beliefs.
4:28 That transition though. Great video. I was actually considering making a very similar video, but you probably executed it was better than I would have!
They should have fully developed the hand in either Iron Fist or Daredevil, instead of spreading it out. Since Defenders had to ride off of 2 very different versions of the Hand.
Daredevil is so perfect, from a filmmaking perspective, emmy deserving performances, fight scenes that put most Hollywood movies to shame, the tension, the emotion, the character motivations, the romance that every movie and TV show should aim to become the new DAREDEVIL *Daredevil opening theme starts*
By the last two episodes, I was thinking any of the characters could die at any moment and was legitimately concerned and dreading it. That's how well the show made me care.
Dude even as they transported Nadeem to the decoy vehicle before his court appearance, my heart was pounding mad thinking he’d be shoot just as Matt crosses the street with him. The sense of danger was sensational in the worse way possible. No one is safe
Honestly if you asked me to actually pick my top 10 mcu action sequences, the majority of them would be from this series. This is one of the best things the MCU has ever produced, and it's a damn shame the Marvel Netflix shows are coming to an end.
Holy moly really good points on how Matt fighting Dex = Matt fighting his demons. I loved how at the end of the season, Matt Murdock was back and you can really tell the difference between him now and him just after the Defenders
I was so happy that season 3 was a return to form. Season 2 felt like it should have been 2 seasons a punisher season and a hand one. But man season 3 was so balanced. The way they incorporated born again was awesome and I really thought Matt’s struggle with faith was relatable and well executed. The action was also top notch. I guess the only thing I’d change is maybe extend the epilogue a bit, I literally felt that fisk was unbeatable the episode before last but then it all suddenly went down hill for him in the finale.
I feel like season two was meant to be the Punisher season but they had to set up the Defenders also so they needed Elektra and the Hand also. I think Nobu didn't work as THE villain and it should've been Kirigi and Elektra shouldn't have died if they were just going to bring her back.
I agree that Season 2 suffered from having 2 storylines in 1 season... but I don't see how splitting them into 2 separate seasons would be any better... you can't make 13 episodes off of that script... maybe it they did 2 seasons of 8 episodes it could have worked...
I love the choreography in this series because at the beginning of the fight daredevil is so precise and collected, every move is for a purpose but then by the end of the fight he's throwing his body at the enemy hoping they're off their feet long enough for him to throw a kick or a punch at them and using his environment to put them down.
I actually met Charlie Cox and Vincent D'onofrio at comic con recently. I hope Disney doesn’t mess up their new show. Or undo what this show did. At least I’ll always be able to rewatch this show. This show is a rare occurrence of a show getting better and better. Maybe some didn’t like season 2 as much as season 1 but season 3 is a really strong finish.
Nadeem’s storyline made this season for me. It was so interesting seeing the perspective of a man being controlled by Fisk. He had such a great conflict between being honest with himself or trying to save himself.
I liked how you talked about the portrayal of Daredevil's faith. I was thinking the same thing. It treated his faith very seriously, and I felt gave a fair representation of how Christian's struggle with their faith.
Brilliant! Thank you! No one I know watched this show and this video helped me get out all my emotions about how brilliant this season is. I can not thank you enough.
Daredevil is hands down the best thing going in the MCU. Every fight scene has a point. It's not just there to have a fight scene. It's brilliant storytelling.
Super well written and I love how well your narration flowed throughout the video. Good job, keep up the good work. I think you could add interesting flavors to your narration more by maybe potentially, just for fun and strengthening counter arguments, criticizing other sources who opposes your view.
I'm only on episode 11 but it's fantastic. It would be idiotic for Marvel not to fold this character into the mainstream movies and do a big screen version
I was in process of writing a bad review. But; while your commentary was still playing in the background. I realized that I had not seen the whole season. So now; "without prejudice" I will watch the rest before chiming in again. Great piece by the way...
I agree that the final fight scene wasn’t technically too well done, but it’s still my favorite and the most memorable because of how satisfying it was from a character standpoint. Perfect climax 👌
Loved season 3. I just wanna say I like the creativity they took with poindexter's weapons. That being absolutely anything he can find. I always like the idea that anything is a potential weapon
A lot of people seem to miss the fact that Melvin (The maker of the Daredevil suit) was killed. His body can be seen in the freezer when Bulls eye goes to retrieve Julia's body.
So happy to see a show of praise for Charlie Cox especially. He deserves the plaudits. Don't want to take away from any other member of the cast, but people who typically review the show overlook how much he has made this show and character his own.
I've wished for a Daredevil game for so long. After playing the Arkham games I was wondering what other characters they could do using the same sort of gameplay formula and Daredevil was probably my first choice. Now that we have Spiderman PS4 who knows maybe we will get a Daredevil PS4 soon.
Eh...who can take Verge seriously after that cringey "How to build a PC" RUclips video. And lately, Verge has been on a downward trend anyways after I started noticing many of their articles being written by people with their own agendas. But, you pretty much nailed what Daredevil season 3 is. In fact, all the supporting characters have great arcs. Nadeem, I personally feel had the best arc. You can understand his motivations and the reasons why he does or does not do things. Bethel is gonna be another one of the long list of actors in the Marvel TV/CInematic universe that nails and owns the character they portray. His portrayal of Dex is on point. You should try and do a video about Daredevil side characters in all the seasons. Somehow I feel Daredevil has always had the best supporting characters among all Marvel TV shows.
Very hard disagree on the finale fight. It was one of the best fights in marvel. All 3 with different motives and fighting styles clashing after 13 episodes of build up. That fight resolved multiple conflict, such as exposing the fake daredevil, putting away Fisk, threatening Venessa if Fisk does anything, bullseye getting paralyzed and Matts urge to kill resolved. The rage, intensity, and choreography it was perfect.
I love the watching the last episode as a what if matt took on the daredevil suit fully. And as he moves through penthouse he sees all of the dead cops, and the destruction the he could have caused
I think every season of Daredevil is great, and that season 2 is very underrated, it feels just like a comic, in the way it had two stories that overlap slightly and also lead into other series, it may be weak in comparison to the others, but I feel the quality is still there. And I even really like every other of the Netflix series so if Marvel loses these, I cannot continue to support them... Except for Cloak And Dagger, because that's the only Marvel product I've enjoyed as much as the Netflix series.
Daredevil Season 2 can be defined as "I've just watched Daredevil Season 1 and want more" because that's all it really is. It's not as new and refreshing as each of Season 3. It's a decent watch on it's own but it's just so messy that the good bits are hidden within some mediocre bits.
The fisk v bullseye v daredevil fight isnt the best but its the emotional weight it carries that really hits it home. You really see just how strong Wilson Fisk is when he picks up bullseye and snaps his spine on a wall.
The thing with Daredevil that urks me a little (its a pretty minor complaint and it doesnt really matter) is that Daredevils fighting abilities are usually in a constant state of flux, like Bullseye and Punisher should not be able to trounce Matt in hand to hand but both managed to knock him flat on his ass on multiple occasions (bullseye at the church and Punisher the first time they meet on the rooftop), sometimes with little to no use of weapons. Like what was the point of all that Ninja training when he could have just joined the military and been just as effective?
@@parsaatashani3041 The church fight was mostly just them punching each other, most of the projectiles are aimed at Karen until Bullseye is straight up pummeling Matt until Karen causes a distraction. everything on the balcony was all hand to hand and bullseye would have won until Karen threw him off of it
@@mattemery4081 Don't forget that Bullseye was wearing the suit as protection and Matt had nothing. He was also still recovering from the injuries he sustained when that building fell on him at the end of Defenders. He was nowhere near his peak this season.
I agree in so many ways. I still would have loved just one more season, it would have been very interesting to see what their take on Bullseye's official costume could look like. I must say, giving him Daredevil's outfit was a unique choice and made him more chilling, though.
The only real problem I had with the show was that you could pretty easily tell that a lot of the characters were written by the same person. Quite a few of the minor characters say the same things in the same way, but other than that, it was a remarkable season and it easily holds its own with the best. Edit: oh, yeah, and the ending. When it ended by zooming into point dexters eye, I couldn’t help but cringe. They ended the punisher s1 like that as well, and it was just as bad there.
Steroid Sausage I don’t remember that happening I thought they just showed his bandaged face Edit: I just saw the scene again there’s no eye zoom it just shows him bandaged up
TheBagelragel I actually think your right, it still zooms in on his face tho. They still end in basically the same way, just way less cheesy in the punisher. Lol
Liked the video and almost everything you say I agree with but Robin in titans is not just dark to be dark. As you said to the Magazine that said something about daredevil "have you watched the show?" or did you just see the trailer like everyone else and throw shade.
It's an intense, thrilling, atmospheric, disgusting, shocking nightmare of a television show. I felt exhausted and needed to see a therapist after finishing it. Some problems: Poindexter is a very convincing unhinged psycho-killer. The actor did a great job portraying that. He isn't a convincing antagonist to daredevil though. At no point I found it believable that he could hold his own in direct hand to hand combat with matt. The fact that he can turn everything into a deadly projectile is probably more awesomely portrayed in the overexaggerated and stylized comic book medium. Here, it sometimes comes across as clunky, and pretty silly actually. Like when he throws candles and toothpicks and silverware at our protagonists, while they scream in fear and anguish, underlined with highly dramatic music... It's a little silly, it just didn't work visually all that well. And the final fight. What a terrible set. You can see the restrictions of the set that the actors and stuntman had to work around. It all looks and feels a little underwhelming and clunky. Why the fuck did the final fight needed to happen in that boring apartment. So uncinematic, so boring... Otherwise, pretty fucking great season. Made me empty a bottle of antidepressants, but still. Great show.
Leave us not forget that the beginning of the first fight between Daredevil and Bullseye had almost a minute long unbroken shit of the two opponents just working off of each other and never letting up.
OMG - first time I've watched one of your videos and it is EXCELLENT. I agree with everything you said about Daredevil. You're so damned articulate! I subscribed. Keep up the great work!
Loved your point about the similarities between Bullseye and Daredevil. Didn’t pick up on that the first time through. Great video and I loved this season as much as you did.
I will say though I loved this season so much it completely renewed my love for the franchise... I know it's not exactly in the budget and licensing has to be tricky, but I would straight up kill to see Charlie or Vincent show up in the next Spider-Man flick
When you're able to go into a final battle and have every single character's motivations clearly outlined and are literally on the edge of your seat wondering who's motivations will come out to be the stronger of the lot at the end of it, that's when you know you have an incredible season of superhero television. Also 1000% agree re: how Catholicism is portrayed -- it's really REALLY well done. I fully believe that Daredevil's the best superhero television show, based on how it adapts the source material, with the Arrowverse coming in a close second, with the only reason being the sheer lack of creativity in the shot compositions hahaha
Kingpin is hands down Marvel's best villain, and one of the best screen villains of all time. He, along with Deep Space Nine's Gul Dukat, are two of the best written, complex, and most layered villains in any medium. Watching Fisk literally walking thru Bullseye's memories, and seeing the wheels turning in his own head, as he realizes how he can use him , was genius. That scene, incidentally, was some of the best TV I have ever watched, and those actors should all win SOMETHING. Season three was ridiculously awesome.
I do believe the final scene between Matt and Sister Maggie affirms the need for suffering rather than rebuke it. After all, Matt acknowledges that suffering is what made him Daredevil in the first place. This is actually an essential part of Christian thought that should be addressed. 3 Not only so, but we[a] also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4 perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. Romans 5:3-5 Point is, Matt did have to suffer, he just didn't need to do it alone. Like the Apostle Paul,God had given him both pain to strengthen him and friends to support him. Matt ultimately learns to embrace both as a necessary part of life.

Matt’s a catholic
KnightlyNobody Thank you for sharing your story!
I agree- as a Christian I am always disappointed in the portrayal of Christians in TV. (Haha especially by fellow Christians because boi they should know better)
But with Daredevil, not only was it relatable, meaningful, honest, and personal, but it was on such a deep and character driven level that it just made me so happy😊.
Also, the speech he gave at the end about “the man without fear”- I cried.😜
Just one element of what made this show so compelling.
Daredevil s3 was near impeccable oof
Wrong,
It was Impeccable
As great as Daredevil season 3 is, we all know that if Sony had made that Aunt May Solo movie, THAT would have been Marvels Masterpiece
Damn
They were gonna do that😂?
A rated R Aunt May solo movie starring Marisa Tomei! That's a master(bation)piece!
I still can't believe they were going to do that.
Can't not agree with you all.
How Nadeem reflected Matt's father's perspective into Matt was amazing.
That prison sequence was one of if not the best thing I've seen in any movie or tv show. I never quite had the reaction to anything else. This was something truly extraordinary!
I really like the way Bullseye was portrayed. Probably top 5 MCU villains for me.
not ranked btw
Thanos, Loki, Bullseye, Punisher, (I know people don't like him but I thought he was awesome and his monologues were amazing) Ultron.
@@sirjoey3137 Ultron was fucking disgusting if u compare him to his comic counterpart. Ultron always return, even when it doesn't seem necessary. He could be Ross and that would work with me. And I don't think Joss Whedon knows what an age is
@@sirjoey3137 what about wilson fisk, he is the best
Sir Joey The White the punisher isn’t really a villain
One of the best. He was genuinely scary.
Matt Stopping the batton from hitting foggy was more impactful than Steve Rogers lifting Mjolnir. (No one can change my opinion on that)
Charlie Cox deserves an Emmy.
"You almost pity him despite how horrible he is"
EXACTLY. I had that same thought while watching the season. VD's performance takes the character to a whole new level beyond the genius writing.
It wasn't even "almost" for me, I absolutely pity him and feel sorry for him.
The Job parallel works with Nadeem better. A man who keeps giving to an ungrateful “god” only to lose everything in the end.
He made a deal with the literal devil
Nadeem died SOOOO its not really a "better" parallel isn't? the other half of Job's story is that he was a in a better place than he started in the end ... Just like Matt
Also with Poindexter. With Kingpin as his literal North Star God. But yeah, in the end job was in a better place like Matt.
Couldn't agree with you more. It's nothing short of incredble, Nadeem is so damn awesome as well. Great Video btw. 👌👌👌👌
Filtered Films i know...for some reason I got really attached to Nadeem
There's plenty walking around already.
ikr! he's such a well written character

On another note, I’d love to see Moon Knight get a series.
well moon knight is getting a series, but its on disney plus, so a pg13 moon knight may not be the best

But those are bad people he’s beating dear taco
Thing is, as an atheist with a lot of religious Catholic relatives (including a priest), I think most religious people are like Lantom and Maggie and the non-violent aspects of Matt. It’s just that good people don’t shove their beliefs down other people’s throats, so the good religious people (and good atheists, for that matter) don’t get much publicity.
In my eyes, public atheist intellectuals and public Christian apologists are both shitheads, with only a few exceptions. That’s why we need Daredevil, to show us portraits of people as people, whatever their religious beliefs.
They certainly are, dear Platt.
4:28 That transition though.
Great video. I was actually considering making a very similar video, but you probably executed it was better than I would have!
"Bullseye, Ehh?! - Bullseye" hahahahahahah
Seriously tho, Colin could've been a great serious Bullseye, in a better movie. he's an amazing actor
Love your videos
Can we also talk about how Karen's confrontation with Fisk was such a great piece of acting by the actors involved
Coming from someone who’s obsessed with the MCU movies...Daredevil Season 3 IS the best thing to ever come out of the MCU
Love that they ditched the hand stuff. Always felt like filler and tonally inconsistent. Karen is elevated to such a high level this season
They should have fully developed the hand in either Iron Fist or Daredevil, instead of spreading it out. Since Defenders had to ride off of 2 very different versions of the Hand.
Karen sucks.
Not as incredible as your ever-increasing production value
I'm about as excited for Phase 4 as I am for how dope his videos are going to be when we get to Phase 4.
Honestly, the fact that the show was not afraid to kill some of the core cast I would have never guessed that they would kill Nadeem my jaw dropped
Honestly if you asked me to actually pick my top 10 mcu action sequences, the majority of them would be from this series. This is one of the best things the MCU has ever produced, and it's a damn shame the Marvel Netflix shows are coming to an end.
Not to mention, Charlie Cox really makes it feel like a part of him (Daredevil) was lost under that building (that exploded).
I want a Daredevil PS4 game, as long as it's in first person :)
I had the same idea, it would be cool to see everything from Matt's point of view. Experience the visual problems, heightened senses etc...
The radar sense could be used as Detective mode from arkham
I actually met Charlie Cox and Vincent D'onofrio at comic con recently. I hope Disney doesn’t mess up their new show. Or undo what this show did. At least I’ll always be able to rewatch this show. This show is a rare occurrence of a show getting better and better. Maybe some didn’t like season 2 as much as season 1 but season 3 is a really strong finish.
Season 3 is the best piece of television for marvel of all time, and I love it to the max
Season 1: best story
Season 2: best fight scenes
Season 3: best characters/development
:) I love every season!
A lot of people seem to miss the fact that Melvin (The maker of the Daredevil suit) was killed. His body can be seen in the freezer when Bulls eye goes to retrieve Julia's body.
Daredevil vs Bullseye is like Wallhack vs Aimbot

I guess you could say Bethel really hit the bullseye on his character protrayal.😏
"God know i want to, but you don't get to destroy who I am."
Chills...
Daredevil season 3 was amazing!

Yo, can we get an F for Bullseye? That man could take like 150 full force punches and kicks to the face, but he couldn't handle the wall.
“dat t-pose tho”
Max Stevenson AHAHAHA I had to pose to see it
The final fight was awesome imo. I just simply love the Daredevil's fighting pose in that final fight.
But he beat the shit out of bullseye in hand to hand combat every time
@@parsaatashani3041 The first time he had to run, the second time he got saved by Karen, the third time he got saved by Fisk
Matt Emery yes because bullseye could turn anything in a deadly weopen and I said he beat bullseye IN HAND TO HAND COMBAT.
Dex is such a tragic character, never have a felt so sympathetic to a psychopathic character.
And aside from the stuff with Bullseye, if daredevil never shows up again, I’ll be cool! Because this was almost the perfect ending to the show!
I agree in so many ways. I still would have loved just one more season, it would have been very interesting to see what their take on Bullseye's official costume could look like.
I must say, giving him Daredevil's outfit was a unique choice and made him more chilling, though.
That final fight Triple Threat between DD / Bullseye / Kingpin was something of pure excitement for me. May have been my fave fight that season.
What’d they do at the end of punisher I forget

Great show.
What an amazing work of art this season was
Leave us not forget that the beginning of the first fight between Daredevil and Bullseye had almost a minute long unbroken shit of the two opponents just working off of each other and never letting up.

Im pretty sure Matt actually says that they are similar at one point.
Romans 5:3-5
Point is, Matt did have to suffer, he just didn't need to do it alone. Like the Apostle Paul,God had given him both pain to strengthen him and friends to support him. Matt ultimately learns to embrace both as a necessary part of life.
Great video! A perfect watch to keep hyping my excitement post season 3 watch.
