    sir rather than saying let go of the thought if you use the words
    bring yourself back to meditation that would be much more useful
    cause i have observed that at times if i consciously try to let go of the thought it keeps on coming and when i realise that i should rather meditate sucha realisation helps me in a much better format

    Hello sir, u have told that meditation object can be anything that connects to the present moment so can it be the constant touch of the fan wind in my room against my body or face etc.
    As it is difficult for me to simply observe the breath as it feels like i am controlling the breath rather than just watching it come and go. Kindly guide me on this please Thanks.

      It's better to maintain consistency with time. Try to see if you can find a time that you can stick to each day. Early morning would be best.
