    I juat bought one in a 10 gallon pot. Im excited about it. I plan on planting it outside since I live in trechorously humid Miami. Just need to make sure its a spot with morning sun but shade after 11am 12pm.
    Great video !!!!

    Hi, new to your channel. Came across your original video of the Philo Giganteum because I'm struggling with mine. I too reside NE area. I'm so thrilled you provided a follow up video. Now I'm inspired. How often are you using your humidifier? Thanks for the tips. Follow up videos are super helpful for those of us who have struggling "green girls!"

      Thanks for watching! I keep my humidifier on continuously. About once a week I clean the humidifier. It can get water dirty. If not cleaned on a regular basis, it is pushing dirty humidity in the air. The plant respond to that… good luck!

    I just bought this today and I’m researching care. Do you think this plant will do ok in low light? I’d like it near my work station at home so I can watch it grow.

      Yes, this plant will do ok in lower light. It may grow a bit slower, but should be ok.

      @@GreenManGrow7 From the look of the massive growth on your giganteum, it may be good to have mine growing slow! Thanks so much.

      Naw, it won’t do very well I’m low light it’ll have small leaves and will look sickly over time.

    I stay away from certain leaves that are too thin because I feel like spider mites will come upon it. Do you think this plant has common pest issues or its pretty sturdy ?

    • @GreenManGrow7
      @GreenManGrow7  Год назад

      No, I treat all my plants once every 3 weeks. This way I prevent anything. It helps, but I still check them at least once a week.

      Clomidaprin Works Amazing!
      From spider mites to root aphids!!
      New plants the come in the house, they get instant treated. You can dilute it and spray the leaves and stem, and then ....Ker-POW 😁
