This title was EXACTLY my mindset a year ago. Yes I was born a Muslim, I was always afraid of death and the hell fire, so finding out the which religion was the true religion was my life's mission. Alhamdulillah, I'm a proud Muslim now, pray my 5 salah daily and haven't missed it, the mosque while waiting for salah brings me joy and the Quran is what I intend to learn over a 4 to 5 year period. I've never felt this close to Allah before in my life.

About the heat and wearing the Hijab, my mother is 68 years of age from Somalia and lives in Dubai, she wears the full head to toe, face gloves and socks in 48 degrees. Let me tell anyone who's not a Muslim, that Hijab protects her from the rays and heat and she never forgets any of the little ones, gloves and so on.

The word ‘if’ or ‘if only’ is used To express grief for the past and distress what has been decreed. This is what is not allowed, as Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“O you who believe! Be not like those who disbelieve (hypocrites) and who say to their brethren when they travel through the earth or go out to fight: ‘If they had stayed with us, they would not have died or been killed,’ so that Allah may make it a cause of regret in their hearts”
[Aal ‘Imraan 3:156]
This is what the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade when he said, “If anything happens to you, do not say, ‘If only I had done such and such, then such and such would have happened.’ Say instead, ‘Qaddar Allah wa maa sha’a fa 'ala (Allah decreed and what He wills He does), for ‘If only’ opens the door to the Shaytaan”, i.e., it makes you vulnerable to grief and fear, which is harmful to you and is of no benefit. Know that whatever befalls you, you could not have avoided, and whatever does not happen to you, you could not have made it happen to you, as Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“No calamity befalls, but by the Leave [i.e. Decision and Qadar (Divine Preordainments)] of Allah, and whosoever believes in Allah, He guides his heart” [al-Taghaabun 64:11]

In Qur'an Allah says: Whoever Allah guides, no one can misguide him, and whoever Allah misguides, no one can guide him. So, it is easy to see that Allah would create reasons for which someone would be able to be misguided. Aisha's age at marriage was one of those reasons Allah created and with that reason, Allah now misguides whoever He wills. Those who want to be misguided search and find only those reasons and no other reasons, and in this way, they cause their own misguidance. This man in the video is an example of such a person. I personally think these people are just looking for an argument to be used on the Day of Judgment, but they will find that on that day, no arguments will be heard as they are heard in a court of law :)

I feel like Brother Hamza should have given him a bit more leeway and time to question back. Forgive me for pointing it out, and forgive me if I’m wrong. My friend’s a revert and he was exactly like the brother in the video. He often asks questions and whenever we answer him, he would challenge or question with other probabilities. And he was genuine and sincere in wanting to learn and understand. It might come off as arrogance and provoking, but like how Hamza gave the example of an alcoholic asking someone to pray to the rock, the first natural human reaction is to question why. And looking at his body language and his questioning back, he really was sincere. May Allah SWT guide him. Salaam from Singapore, brother!

on the point with the state of israel i have to contradict you and correct you. 1. the ottomans were allied with other kufar. 2. saudi arabia was not a problem for the ottomans until muhammad ibn abdul wahab rahimaullah called the people to tawhid and the call to tawhid was actually the problem for the ottomans (sufis, tomb worshipers etc.). and when they saw that many people were finding the true way, they feared that they would lose many of their followers. thus came the order that ibrahim pasha should attack the muslims there. so it happened that the ottomans surrounded the muslims and later did not keep the contract and killed many of these muslims. later even an Arabian king was hanged and thrown into the Bosphorus. you criticized the arabs but forgot to question what the ottomans actually occupied the land of the muslims.
