It came with an Allen wrench. If u face the device towards you and look between the slot you will see the screw at the very back. Remove screw. Pull plastic off. The top part inside is one piece. Pull on it untill it comes off. It's plastic looking. Let me know if u get it off if not I'll make a video showing you how

how are these in windy conditions? do they faulsly go off alot
Mine don't. They are pretty stable. It only sets off when there is a quick jolt or vibration
