that shield of energy under the lake seen at 27 minutes can be dispelled. each shield has 3 sets of floating bubbles near them collect them with the dragon and then touch the shield to cause the shield to dispel.
i was going to buy this game but i thought i would see some reviews first i watched Z1s first video on this and liked it but i found some pretty strange comments on this game that has given me pause i will copy and paste the comment i found ( @ngiyakwemukela 17 hours ago Played Demo was fun, got to Second Island Quest, and Demo is over, cant progress any further. Decided to buy the game and progress further as I enjoyed the demo. DONT DO IT EMANUELLE!!! Purchased version is a bit off, don't have most of the defenses available to you like in the demo, only have Crossbow Turret, gate and walls. No Mana Balloon and amount of mobs that attack are almost double that of the demo and the unless you gather enough resources from the start ( before building your fist base ) you'll find it hard to defend it properly and can get overwhelmed pretty quickly. Can get to second island in the Purchased version, however quests and NPC's are broken, cant complete any thing, in order to progress story you need an alchemy lab, but you cant farm the iron as you need second island clan to get this, and you cant as it's broken, cant upgrade weapon, or armour or many other things you can do in the demo. My advice, is don't buy, wait till more work is put into it, and stick to Demo for a bit for the Fun value but right now its not worth buying, )
sounds good but you can farm the iron manually. Z1 just did. So far, the game seems a little rough around the edges so I get that. I still want to see Z1 play a bit further so see where this game comes apart tho. I don't think he has reached it yet
@@logantravis2084 this wasnt a complaint i was just sharing the info i have found =, also i had looked at the steam reviws as well not long after my first post and they all say most of the same as this game on a youtude video i watched, i dont want z1 to stop playing, im just holding off on me buying it untill its in a better place.
weird cuz I am playing it right now and have none of the issues youve said, to get the defenses like in demo and the iron miner u just need to unlock it in the technology tree
u can also just mine iron manually and there isnt that many attacks especially once u clear the island and first night is like the easiest one u can just fight them off using ur weapon if u havent built a crossbow turret and destroy their spawn

Here's a hint, you don't need to build a mana well to extract mana. It just makes extraction faster.
I did not know the dwarf could go underwater in the lake. :D When I saw the mech taking damage I figured the dwarf would take damage as well....

you need more overlap between your defence turrets to take down the pests faster

Honestly enjoying this game. Having a little trouble with mana production but that might be because I went fairly heavy on defense
