Something amazing would be if there was an ”underground view” where you could like go down sewers, build bunkers, or facilities hidden from infected, this would also make some nice structures like collapsed sewers, or collapsed bunkers
metro tunnels, my city has a bunch of them and i want my settlement be underground and all i have to do is control the immediate surroundings of every metro exit, making little walled off redoubts, all connected by the metro

I once saw a rival RUclipsr covering this months ago in a very early beta stage, and I see that the game has advanced a bit since then. But he is a type who finds indie games, and just does like 30 mins, then he's done with it, and it doesn't show everything, so I hope you'll keep going with this one.
I have those moments, but generally am the opposite. ;)

I saw your video, now watching it, downloaded the prologue yesterday. Played it, and now cannot wait for it to be released. You just got a new sub. Great video dude.
You probably know this now but just in case:
1) you can queue up jobs by shift and right click for your squads.
2) You can also can construct as much or as little a building you want to by holding left click after you select the build order. So you could have a cookhouse being half a building and a warehouse another for example.
Can't wait for this game. I did hear a rumour though it is going to be 30 quid for an early access game which is a bit steep IMO. Hopefully, it be more around 18 to 25 quid to get sales in so they finish this game proper.
I hope that in the future the buildings show their modifications more. Like, maybe if you convert an apartment to housing there can be clotheslines on the roof, or maybe pipes will stick out of the sides and have smoke where people have fires going. Board up destroyed windows, maybe have some stuff outside the entrance - little details that say, visually, 'People live here'
Yep, it's launching early access very soon, so I hope all these cosmetic and QoL things are being worked on in the background while we test the mechanics of the game.
It sounds so promising, I really hope it can live up to the hype I have in my head 😅

I love this game. Personally a favorite place is Kingscote kangaroo Island. It's Rural, but has enough to still be fun, and has everything you need. It's a good map to learn the game. Another location I loved with Tokyo city because it's so densely built up.
There is a CVS and a Walgreens on that corner. So pharmacy is accurate. Mt. Pleasant is my home town
LOL I'm literally falling out of my seat, I lived up there 10 miles away for most of my life. Know that city like the back of my hand. What are the chances? Great playthrough. Definitely seek out the UPS warehouse.. great amounts of stuff.
I hope they eventually make this multi-player. And since my hometown has the original Bass pro oh hell yeah
I feel like these game devs are preparing us for the actual zombie acopalyspe so you can already learn how to defend your hometown💀, get ready fellas 🧟♂️🧟♀️🧟🔫🔫🔫🔫
Good stuff! It would be cool if individuals had skill levels (yeah it would be crazy in depth keeping skills and stuff..but for "squad members" to have skill levels and characters would be neat!

This game is actually like Banished which is a settlement simulation game now with zombies instead terrain limitation and hazardous climate patterns.

Reminds me a bit of the Flash game series called Rebuild, does anyone else remember those? Rebuild 2 was my favorite.

I'm not usually into these kinds of games, but if I have the ability to simulate a zombie apocalypse in towns I've lived in before, I'm pretty tempted to play it.

Great video. Never heard of this game till now. Glad that I came across it. I may track it down cause having the option to play in Mt. Pleasant. Graduated from Mid and work over at one of the elementary schools.
I interested see my city hong Kong or any city's with larger amounts of tall buildings because i like to see how tall building and any different advantage to shorter once
The game definitely has tall and large buildings. However I've noticed if a building is too wide and large, the building will appear as mostly a ruin.
Lake St.Helen would be my choice. Fresh water and fish

Yeah, I have played the prologue and I have had the game on my wishlist for quite some time now and it looks very promising, especially if the developers keep fixing stuff as they go along. I'm less concerned about finding my town to play in as I am over the actual gameplay, graphics and performance, the last one being oh so important.

I want a Post Apocalyptic Arma/Day Z… no zombies. Like does anyone remember Homefront? Where North Koreans invaded America. Or Medal of Honor, where they used real special operations soldiers their missions, and tactics.
I want this technology to truly explore other simulations of how Global life & society can change to whatever factors.
I want humanity to be prepared for whatever challenges we may face in the future. We must evolve, and there are people who deem topics around such, are too dangerous.
Conflict and war is as old as time & human history, we don’t have to fully embrace it, but we can at least learn how to better & how to avoid it. Ala, “democracy” & “diplomacy”.
Also I’m from Traverse City, part of my family belongs to the tribe in Mount Pleasant.

I just bought this game the other day after finding it! I'm LOVING IT! But dude, HOW do you select multiple units at once?! I've gone through the whole keybind setup and it mentions nothing in there or tutorial XD

Man, Screw COPS & DONUTS. They came into my hometown and bought one of the three remaining BEST damn bakeries in town (Dainty Maid) and pissed it down the toilet in less than 6 months after terminating all the staff that had been there for decades.
IDK where your hometown is… but you should realize they are franchising, meaning the owners of the bakeries in Clare and Mt Pleasant, aren’t the same people that own your hometown one. Independent people that just pay for the branding.
@@CharliePryor I know. They still ruined it. Franchisee or not. Who wants a 3 pound donut? or a Cream filled long john made with 4 cups of confectioners sugar and lard for 1 gallon of cream filling. They should have kept it exactly how it was instead of fire the employees who worked there. I also thought the uniform was quite distasteful.
