Man this place was so epic - one of those places you sort of can't actually accept how beautiful it is! >>> Want to know how you can travel full-time in Bali like we do? This guide will show you everything you need to know - bit.ly/2PjaPey
What's great about you guys is that you show what is really going on at a location, like the way you panned the camera to show the queues waiting to get the iconic photo shot. Great to have seen that unique location but although you were wowed by the incredible land formation at Kelingking, clearly you were both far more at home in the quieter second location and why not? It looked a cool spot under the trees! Christmas Eve in the UK as I type this so wishing you both a fantastic Christmas!
Thanks so much guys, you must be the only RUclipsrs who show and tell the positives and the negatives of the areas you travel. Thanks, love all your great vlogs!
Me and the misso actually went to nusa penida In late 2016, it's changed A lot since I guess. Back then we only saw a couple of other tourists around. It's still one of the best place we've been to.
Bet it's changed loads since then! Big enough island that you dont really see many tourists.... until you go somewhere like this for the day and they are ALL there haha.
Guys, Thanks for so much travel information on SE Asia. Love your Thumbnails and story telling skills. And i like how calm and composed Stacey looks. Always look forward to more travel content from you :)
These vlogs are great and have been helping me plan out my trip to Bali in a couple of weeks! Y'all are definitely one of my favourite travel duos right now! I honestly did not see the t-rex until this video and now its open mouth is all I see! Was hoping to see you guys do the hike down (and up) towards the beach though hahaha.
Daneger and Stacey I’ve been down. It was amazing experience. Can’t believe that you guys didn’t do it. The fact is that swiming isn’t possible but playing and jumping in waves was epic 😍 and nice sandy beach for chilling and sunbath. You remind me with this video how much I loved Penida island, and must go back again.
I was seeing the t rex until dane held his hand up next to it ( looked like his hand ). Lovely spot and like any good place its better if there is a bit of difficulty getting to it , slows the hordes down . Happy travels all the best from oz .
We're still not one hundy on the actual shape of the ol T Rex, but still looked cool either way haha. Merry Christmas! Hope you guys have sun... we dont in NZ.
Theres a decent amount to keep you busy for a few days, but if you came on a tour you likely saw a good amount of it. Check our other Penida vids to see the beach you would have missed on the other side of the island
I visited the popular tourist points on Nusa Penida in November 2019 (LOW season). On arrival to those places, we saw 100+ minibuses, each carrying 5 - 6 tourists. Forget everything about "hidden gems", "secret beaches" and "paradise island" that you might have read about on youtube. Sorry, you are yeeeaaars to late. The nature is still spectacular, but expect to share it with lots of others. If possible, try to do your trip early in the morning to avoid the hordes that will arrive around noon (specially for Kelingking Beach). Warning for bad and narrow roads on the island.
@@DanegerAndStacey Good comment! No, we just saw the western part of Nusa Penida (due to shortage of time). I hope to see the "Tree house beach" next time.
hey brother I hope you and your girl are okay. I saw the tsunami hit Bali. I was considering going but now I'm worried. Is it safe and is a lot of area damaged?
@@DanegerAndStacey awesome. My wife's a kiwi. She said they'd be in NZ now for Xmas lol . We just saw the news about the tsunami and she got worried then we figured you might have gone home for Xmas . Merry Christmas to you both from Finland!
You should queue to take a photo!!!!???? it is not natural. I like to take photos which remind me of good time not the waiting and wasting time in a queue

That means a lot :) We're always just tryna keep it real.
That does look super cool. The watercolor is unreal.
Totally beautiful and if you want to see more beautiful water DEFINITELY visit Greece! I couldn't believe how vividly blue the water was there!
We've been to Greece twice, only have a few videos though, and headed back for a 3rd time to film this year. Its special huh! And the food ❤️
It’s definitely incredible!
Yes definitely worth a visit for a few days next time we are in Bali...
Definitely is! It's a nice chilled break. Cenengan and Lembongan are even more chilled again.

Glad we could show you the T Rex, we could never make it out either until we got there and looked for a while 🤣
Kelingking Beach is insanity.
Relieved that you were far from the tsunami. Looking good in your Christmas shirts.
Thanks for the concern :) Haven't taken the sweaters off yet :P
Hi guys what beautiful scenery that T Rex shape island was fantastic ......hope you have A Merry Christmas and lots and lots of happiness together
Thanks as always. Merry Christmas and happy holidays to you!
@@DanegerAndStacey Thank you Daneger and Stacey
Stunning! If you guys were in awe of that, you should checkout the shipwreck beach cliff lookout in Zakynthos, Greece next time you visit!
Thanks for the tip
Have to see this place in real. Happy Holidays folks
It really does, crazy place!!
Drone footage 🙌🙌
Chur!
Kelingking Beach Nusa Penida looks amazing but I can imagine how popular is
Yes Kelingking beach is an extremely gorgeous beach. Was there last year.
Was it crazy busy for you as well? Did you go down?
Not too busy when I was there. I just stayed at the top and used my Mavic Pro to go down.

Breathless, 🌴😎👍
Looks incredible there wow!!!
beautiful shots you took
Means a lot, thanks!
saw a vlog that you should be in the t rex around 5am to avoid tourists and to be able to go down the beach 😊
Bugger that - we be sleepin haha

Nice! I hope i can be at this level of storytelling and editing someday. Thanks for sharing!
Too kind. Just takes lots of practice, nothing special :) You'll get there!
amazing place, would u tell me please what month of the year u visited there? was it rainy season? thanks
It was this month, a few weeks back :) Drizzly rain every now and then, but nothing nasty

Hello everyone, love all your hard work. You guys make the most interesting videos.😍😍😍😎😎😎
Thanks for always leaving epic comments!
Awesome!😎👍
beautiful!! What were those women carrying in those baskets on there heads in the beginning?
Thats a good question, Mitch! We actually had no idea either, was hoping someone would comment and tell us.
@@DanegerAndStacey crazy! It doesn't seem to be too heavy.
@@DanegerAndStacey It was coconut shell, they collect and burn it to become charcoal and then use it or sell it.
Ah that makes sense! Saw lots of them burning outside the properties etc. love your profile pic haha
How was it staying on the island? Was there a lot to do? We recently went to Nusa Penida too, but only did a day trip.

Ohhhhh I love the " dinosaur " !!!
So cool huh!

All accurate. The tours are taking over. Did you check out the beaches at the other end of the island? Barely anyone there.

beautiful video
Thank you!
Holy crap I’ve never seen so many people there on the cliff. Last time I was there was in August and I didn’t even see that many people lol
Oh really? Thought it was always pretty crazy busy

We're all good, back in NZ for Christmas! Thanks for checking in, sounds like Bali itself was fine but other parts of Indonesia badly destroyed :(
Howdyyyyyyyyy!!!!!
Hey boys and girls. Checking to see yall are safe over there?

Can kinda see that after a quick Google!

Love your bali vlog series..
im from indonesia
where are u going on your next journey??
Hey! Thanks for watching :) We're back to NZ for Xmas and then Thailand islands.
Second!
Nice George! 🥈
I assume it's not possible to go down to the dinosaur beach and play in the sand and water?
It possible and some people did. But need a lot of efforts up and down the cliff. But its totally worthed.
@@crazylovesuroboyo4862 How about using a small boat to get there?
@@jamesebola1250 maybe it can but you have to circling around the island i think because there's only one way dock at the island.
Yup, you can. But the path down there is mega sketchy, takes ages as well!

Literally a line of about 20 people to take photos.... bugger that!
Stacey, your taxi driver is very chatty, hopefully he did not charged you very highly! IF he did, you can ask for compensation!
Haha sometimes the real boss doesn't feel like talking, so I gotta fill the gaps :P
come raja ampat
One day we will for sure!
it would seem safety on a scooter is not a priority with no one wearing safety helmets....
