Hey is this a shout out for me? Or is there another Sam? HAHA! :) What an amazing authentic Balinese experience you had on this vlog! The Babi Guling that I had when I was in Ubud isn't that spicy but it's still quite good! I hope you're both enjoying your time at home!
It’s for you! Haha. Glad you got the chance to have your shout out on the authentic and local experience 👌🏼👌🏼 Surely Babi Guling is delicious either way? But the spice was incredible in the mix.
I’m supposed to be planning a Thailand trip but every time I start research, I keep coming back to Bali vlogs. The pull of Bali and it’s people is inescapable. This vlog just reinforces what I miss about the place. I think I’m going going, back back to Bali Bali.
Wonderful tour! It is beautiful there. When you get away from the tourist locations you get to really meet people and see just how welcoming a culture is. Thank you for sharing!
Awesomeness my brother & sister.... brings back all those Bali goodness memories..... i stayed out in Canggu in a villa which was owned by a fulla i met on fb... it was right in the middle of the rice fields.... it was mean az.....he discounted the costs of the villa for me and all i had to do was drink with him and his whanau and sing songs alnight.... for a maori like me that was right up my alley lol.... then me and the wife made them dinner.... roast chicken and veges and such.... i had a blast and when we left the whole family came to see us off.... bloody made me tear up.... love those fullaz for life.
Haha that sounds like the absolute life right there! Discounted accom but we need you to sing... you're probably thinking "shit i was gonna do that anyway mate!"
Just stumbled upon your videos when I was googling Ubud and Bali in general as my girlfriend and I are heading there in September. Really well done videos guys. High quality edits. Keep up the good work. Chur
Thats amazing, thanks so much Michael! We definitely hope so as well - we're not stopping uploading any time soon and spending a lot more time on producing content than ever, hopefully the numbers continue to climb with it ❤️
Nice and interesting about local, more explore indonesia, indonesia not only bali, we have more 17.000 island and no tourist like bali, like derawan in nort kalimantan, raja ampat west papua, morotai island in maluku, karimun java, sumba, lombok, bawah island, wakatobi, labengki and many more
Hey guys it was really good to see the true off the beaten track of Bali, where you experience some diversity and culture and away from the sprawling bogans from Kuta
Excellent video! Your style of travel may transform my husband and I. We go from place to place without really having the opportunity to truly experience a place. We didn't start to explore the world until our kids left home so I feel compelled to see as much as possible to make up for the years that travel was not our priority. Must slow down... Thanks so much for sharing!
Hey Carol - Glad we can open up some new concepts for you guys! We highly recommend the style of slow traveling, 1-3 months is such a nice time to explore somewhere and reduce costs.
Fascinating vlog! The rice fields were so beautiful. I liked the effect of the rain on the light of this video too. Interesting what you said about the locals sitting and watching the rain. My wife is Indian and grew up in Kolkata. She loved the monsoon and would sit and watch the rain there. She said it provided such a relief from the crushing heat. She still loves to sit in our conservatory when it rains (which it does frequently in England!)
One of the best vid's yet & enjoyed how peaceful it was away from tourist places. Will try to do this if I ever go. And "holy cow" at 10.00 they look like baby deer!
Great video guys, love the info, background history and beautiful scenery of Bali. Thanks! and Congratulations, again, on starting a new life together, wish you best of luck. :)
Thanks for showing us the other side of Bali. We have the same thing (rice fields or terraces) here in the Philippines. This vlog makes me wanna go to Bali.
Congratulations on your engagement! Great vlogs btw! Traveling next month and watching all of them, being helping alot. Thank you. Quick question, I see you using a drone in this video. I know one video you said you check register it, can you explain the regurgitation or make a quick vlog? Thank you!
Hey we are heading to ubud and seminyak for our honeymoon and loving watching your videos for advice! Have you ever had issues eating from the warungs etc? Here in the UK they warn you a lot about what not to eat and drink etc
You won't have any problems at the Warungs, or at all, it's just media BS. A lot of the warungs are very oily though, just keep that in mind if that will upset you personally then yeah. But Bali belly is kind of a thing of the past.
I've been watching you both for awhile (Love your RUclips channel!) but I just realized who Stacey looks like. She reminds me of the actress who played Talisa from Game of Thrones.
Hi guys, been getting a lot from watching your clips, really enjoying them thanks! Quick question.. I've noticed a few times and in this clip especially you guys drink local drinks containing lots of ice.Did either of you get sick from the ice?
You guys are truly in paradise! First you’re blessed with an incredible day of love and then you’re walking thru such beautifully green rice fields, friendly people and great food! Very nice! Slow paced life is always great! 😋
100%! Such an amazing few days, checking into luxury, breakfast in the pool. local markets, and engagement and exploring the true Bali! Absolutely loving it.
Awesome vid you two! Question - what’s the situation there with scooter rentals? Going to be in Bali for a month in April and I was thinking some form of transportation would be needed.
Daneger and Stacey . Just find this about snakes on rice fields www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g297701-i8984-k5725057-Snakes_in_Rice_fields_and_bushes-Ubud_Bali.html
Haha we actually get asked this all the time! On our new site (launching soon) we have all of them linked so people can find out haha. Here are Stacys shades: geni.us/staceyglasses

Yes yes! Great coincidence to have my name on this vlog! Babi Guling is for sure delicious in any way it's almost as good as our Cebu Lechon! :)
We totally knew the Lechon vs Babi Guling debate was gonna come up!! We'll take the safe route and say we love botttthhhh!!
Stunning sceneries above the rice fields with the drone!! And was absolutely shocked to hear the manager owns such a big land omg
Thanks so much!!
I’m supposed to be planning a Thailand trip but every time I start research, I keep coming back to Bali vlogs. The pull of Bali and it’s people is inescapable. This vlog just reinforces what I miss about the place. I think I’m going going, back back to Bali Bali.
Hahaha I think we just helped you make your decision lol!
Wow another great video Daneger & Stacey. Thank you for showing us the other side of Bali. Bali that I love. Enjoy your trip my friends.
Can’t wait to explore more of Ubud when I go back to Bali ☺️
Hope you can find a local experience like this one Pat!
These vlogs are making me wanna go back to Indonesia!
Book that ticket!!
So peaceful place, really.
So chill and amazing!
Wonderful tour! It is beautiful there. When you get away from the tourist locations you get to really meet people and see just how welcoming a culture is. Thank you for sharing!
Completely agree, so happy we got the chance to explore deeper than the coffee shops and restaurants.
I remember bicycling through villages around Ubud. What an experience! 👍
Lucky you got the chance to see it as well, seems like most people don’t get the opportunity! Well worth tit though huh!! ✌🏼✌🏼
I love the editing!!! Your videos are awesome. Bali is my favorite place is SE Asia it is truly an amazing place with the nicest people.
Thanks Brandon - stoked you're enjoying 🙏🏼Bali is definitely awesome!

it beautiful place must be visited, I feeling relax when I seeing this video.

Thats amazing, thanks so much Michael! We definitely hope so as well - we're not stopping uploading any time soon and spending a lot more time on producing content than ever, hopefully the numbers continue to climb with it ❤️
The tour is awesome especially because there aren't many people there. Loving the real Bali
Literally saw zero other tourists the whole day! Such an epic experience.

One of the best vid's yet & enjoyed how peaceful it was away from tourist places. Will try to do this if I ever go. And "holy cow" at 10.00 they look like baby deer!
Thanks Mel! So happy we could share a different side to Bali instead of the typical glitz (which we also love haha).
Holy Cow! From one video at 17k subscribers to 23k. Nice! And so happy for you guys.
Thanks Robert! No dramatic climbs of numbers but good steady 100 subs a day is great to see! Thanks for the support.
Great video guys, love the info, background history and beautiful scenery of Bali. Thanks! and Congratulations, again, on starting a new life together, wish you best of luck. :)
