Sorry about the Christmas delays, guys! Hope you all had an amazing break with friends and family. Be seeing you a bit more regularly over the next few weeks :)
Bali Hai cruises own the floating islands with the water slides.. They dock there and you can have fun on the pontoon or visit the island on the day cruise plus banana boat rides etc
@@DanegerAndStacey our plans are saying goodbyes to friends and family before we leave NZ at 6am on New Years Day. Will likely be the quietest New Years I've ever had hahah. Still likely to have a beer or two though 🍻😁 hope you both enjoy spending NYE with your loved ones. Who knows, we may cross paths on our travels next year. First stop: Bali! ✈️😍
If you want to explore, Penida, but theres not really any good cafes or restaurants that are easy to reach. Lembongan is more chill, easier to explore and has a lot more food options.
Hey love the look of that new location. Some lovely shots of the water and scenery from the ferry too. My 14 year old daughter asked me what is a pretty big question yesterday - what country would I live in given a free choice? I was stumped for an answer - it would have to be warm and an open, tolerant society but apart from those two "rules" I'm not sure. Is this a question you have asked yourselves as you travel around - your long stays must give you a really good insight into the places you stay in? Or is keeping moving the real answer?
We've been asked the same a lot of times... truth is, we don't really think we've found the perfect place yet! For now we love the 4 week stays, but can get itchy feet at the end of the month and ready for the next adventure. Sort of need to see it through different eyes to consider a place for long term stay.
Our video today (or tomorrow) shows it closer as we drive across it. Not sure if you know, but that past wooden version collapsed and lots got injured. It's much stronger now.
Daneger and Stacey , the king & queen of chill... Don't think I've seen either of you get overly stressed about anything... 8:19 Did a double-take (accent difference) over the name... :P
HAHA surprised you're the only person to mention this, people loving pointing out our Kiwi accent when it comes to saying 'deck'! We find it pretty funny.
Nice one gang , doing things on the fly can work out well most times in quite countries . Great digs from the early shots . Its funny how you improvise when on a budget ,Maybe a vid on things that have /haven't worked but cost little to nil money I.E . plastic bag camera wet weather protection . Cheers from OZ happy travels .
Question : Just out of curiosity, As KIWI'S How long can you stay out of NZ. On a tourist Visa??? In U.S. we can stay out 180 days but, can land, turn around, and go right back.
Hi Stacey and Danger you are one of my favorite couple travel Vlogger.Your style of vlogging is cool and chill and very pleasant to watch I enjoyed your recent Europe blog and now you're in Indonesia. The scenery though similar here in the Philippines Do you have plan of visiting boracay and other parts of the country there's so much more to explore.I'm glad you upload guys cuz most PH based vloggers are on vacation to their respective countries for the holidays and no uploading that's why I'm thankful for your vids Watching it while busy preparing food for the new year celebration Have a blissful year Stacey and Daneger ahead of you.
You're so lovely! Hope your food preparation went well and you're ready to feast :) Lots of Indo does look like the PH, but overall the PH is probably nicer - these Nusa Islands are definitely stunning though and remind us a lot of Palawan. Hope you have an amazing new year, thanks for your support and for watching.
Been a long time since we were in Koh Samui, so Bali for now. We're visiting Thailand first this year so a new island hopping set of videos coming from there

Do you guys recommend Penida or Lembongan for 3 days as a base?
If you want to explore, Penida, but theres not really any good cafes or restaurants that are easy to reach. Lembongan is more chill, easier to explore and has a lot more food options.
You guys very lovable couple. Thank you for shearing all this beautiful places,. Happy New Year

great video ,very good vibe!!!
I have a question. Is it possible go on the boat to Nusa Penida with the suitcase and trolley?
Yes, absolutely - you can take your luggace
That bridge that links Lembongan to Ceningan was once wooden and way scary to cross on scooter.
Our video today (or tomorrow) shows it closer as we drive across it. Not sure if you know, but that past wooden version collapsed and lots got injured. It's much stronger now.

@@DanegerAndStacey It's been a blast. Happy 2019.
Is bali safe to travel these days? I hear there are tsunamis around the area?
Yup, it's very safe. Indonesia has had a really bad run the last few years, Bali has managed to remain pretty safe though.
Good to hear it. I’m planning to come there soon. Thanks 🙂🙏
How to travel from nusa lembongan to nusa penida
