MrBeast had a Minecraft lets play series a little over 10 years ago. He said the seed to his survival world was his name. But that one sentence led to way more questions then answers. What is MrBeast's Lost Minecraft Seed?

i don't know if this helps but all the sheep in a biome will spawn in the same packs
for example if a plains biome has ( 3 white sheep and , 1 black sheep ) in one pack
every sheep pack will be the exact same in 1.6.2

when he died at 12:45 in ep 1 he respawned right back at the village, so if you find out the seed, you'll see a village!
You might be right but, in the video he said that Mr beast could have changed the spawn point to make us think he spawned next to the village
what if he unknowingly put the name in the world name instead of the seed? then the seed would be random

The way he says "my name" stands out to me. Maybe try different versions of that if you haven't already.
Or "my name is" and then add some of the names he has.

what if the world was generated on an older version, and it was just left empty for a bit while he thought of ideas.
I hope he didn’t do this because there’s no way of knowing what version he was on, unless we go back and see what version he played the most in his really old videos before this one.

well the last time world generation changed was 1.2 which was at least a year before he created the world, and even then it was only a small change (jungles added), so 1.0/1.1 which was like 2 years before. so that doesn't make sense
When you use any word, phrase, or name, as the seed for your world, it will just generate as a random seed, unless the seed is an official seed added in by the developers, and it will only generate as a number specified by the developers.

Have you tried Mr beast’s first channel name which is “that-dude”?
Maybe he had a middle name or made a typo cloning or removing one of the letters
i think maybe he used caps in between his names if that is the case its impossible to find the seed

If anyone wants to know, the latest Minecraft generation changes were 1.7 and 1.18, and Mr. Beast created his world prior to 1.7. Any versions in-between barely have changes (structures, etc.), but the base terrain remains the same.

I wonder if someone could program some sorta ai to scan millions of worlds and find the seed.... I mean if you can make an ai play geometry dash you can do that, right?

There is one. Minecraft@Home uses it, but then again, you need A LOT of CPU power to actually run it. It uses brute force to compare and contrast seeds by first manually building the naturally generated terrain and injecting it to the program.

heres a theory what if jimmy mispelled his name? his name back in 2013 wat beast5ty what if lets say he put in beast5tu or what if he put in a seed at all what if he out the seed in the world name happened to me before

There's many seed finding techniques. In his videos he has alot of good markers that can be used to narrow down the brute forcing.
I’ve heard of them, but any specific ones or methods I should use?
@@DryFruits1 they involve alot of hardware use, like hundreds of GPUs working in tandem. You should check out the videos SalC1 made on how people found some notable seeds if you're really serious on finding MrBeast's seed.

Accoding to sources his Minecraft username at the time was jimmy5ty, BUT MrBeast had a secret channel called beast5ty
i could find it but i might spawn at the x position limit (Its a bug in 1.6-1.7.1)

What if we check all villages in a 10K block radius in the suspected seed? And we see which one has the same loot as MrBeast's
We wouldn’t have to do that because the coordinates would (if it’s the right seed) always match up. The right seed will have the same EXACT cave either the same EXACT gold

It used too but that was like alpha Minecraft. But no it only has coordinates, and a bunch of other stuff like your pc specs and stuff.

wasn't there a big program to study seeds? so you could just find them by a single screenshot

@@DryFruits1 There was a community effort to get pewdiepie's minecraft seed and the process was documented by a few people. You can find these videos by searching on youtube. Interestingly enough, one of these people was dream

It's an old video (over 10 years old) and he is a HUGE RUclipsr, the biggest one on the platform. So chances are he see's our comments are pretty slim.
I found a seed similar to the -146 14 284 but, it was Redstone instead of gold.
What was the seed?

try generating the world in a different way, i once saw cammans video about the rarest block (half bed) which generated in a village with a lava pool,although because of the way the world generated,sometimes it didnt have it,so try going to those cords in different directions

Maybe the server seed corresponds with code like "001001" or maybe Roman numerals, or try and ask the man yourself
asking him directly is a challenge, because he might have forgotten the seed since it's been a very long time. and even if he knows the seed name, it's just hard to reach him out because he of course gets a lot of notifications that you might be ignored.

i was playing a prerelease version of 1.19.1 and the world i was in looked EXTREMELY similar to his world (I think the seed was mrbeast6ty)

I think if u type letters in the seed box it just generates a random serd
I debunked this theory on another comment more in depth, but basically when you use a word, such as "MrBeast" it DOES generate a random number, but that randomly generated number will never change.
For example, if you put the word "MrBeast" as the seed, it will generator a random number, lets say 123456, BUT it will always be that number
"MrBeast" WILL ALWAYS = 123456
I just used random numbers as an example, but hope this explains it!

it doesn't turn into random numbers, it just turns the words into numbers and uses that as the seed
